              IMPORTANT UPDATE!

              So, as you all know I don't post my progress every day or every week for that matter. In 5 more days, it will be 1 YEAR that I have stuck to my length-dedicated PE regimen. God, time flies doesn't it?

              Cutting straight to the chase:

              Finally hit the all-coveted 8x6!!!! (BP of course). Go the ruler, Bam! right on that sucker... 20cm.
              Took the time to measure NBPEL and BPFSL.

              NBP: 7.2" (Fat pad WILL be dropping more so this will definitely improve, despite small changes in BPEL, dieting and it's going very well.)
              BPFSL: ~8.75" (Just a hair under 22cm)

              Just to reiterate, when I take measurements that involve the pelvic bone, I press hard In my opinion you should press as hard as possible everytime.

              Also, measuring BPFSL is a pain in the ass for me since I have no extender or any thing of the sort. So I measure it sitting/lying down. Why? Because I get the best stretch in those positions and the pelvic floor is much more relaxed allowing for a more comfortable experience.

              Well there you have it! 1 inch in 1 year. Not bad for doing basically the same shit for a whole year . It feels freakin' awesome to have hit such a milestone.

              What I'll do now:Gains are still coming, albeit at a bit slower pace (Duh), but I've done a year without any breaks really.

              My plan is either:

              1. Take a 6 week cond. break and restart with about 75% workload of now.
              2. Rinse, repeat what I've been doing for another 6 weeks and measure again, and see where we are going from there, if still gaining, then I won't change a thing. Otherwise, either increase stretching time or add an additional day of PE and keep the workouts the same.

              Thanks to everyone who's given tips/tricks/advice, and good spirit. But this is only the beginning....

                            Well this thread is a year old now. As I said, I've been doing pretty much the same thing for a year. But I'll save you the pain of going back to look for my basic layout

                            Answer: 3x per week

                            1 on/1 off style. Weekends are rested as well.
