Jelqing is much different than the pump. Can you dry jelq? Even massaging dry will help more than nothing. Also the extender is similar to stretching except only in one direction. Multiple directions has other benefits. You need to wear your extender longer times if possible. Try to get some rod extensions that are shorter so you can incrementally increase the length. See Ultimate Burritos method of attachment. It will help keep you from slipping out.

If lube is the problem try it dry. Be patient. Use low pressure when pumping and slowly increase the time in the pump. Add 1 m8nute each week. When you reach 20 minutes add a second session of 5 minutes and slowly increase that one to 20 minutes also.

I really appreciate your explanation on Jelqing and stretching.

yes I have tried to dry Jelq, The problem is it hurts my skin, but if it works, I'll try again. Also now I think it's a good idea to look for a Jelq device again. (see, this nutjob sales-person at the extender company convinced me that Jelqing is no different than puming)

By rod extension, you mean the extra pieces of metal for the extender? Also, where can I find Ultimate Burritos method of attachment?

I also appreciate your tips on pumping.

I usually take 10 or 15 minute breaks when it really hurts.
I wouldn't mind wearing it all day honestly, the problem is I can't wear it while I'm at work, it looks super obvious and sometimes my penis slips out of the device which is a nightmare in public.
I've had 3 extender devices, and I think the best I've had so far is phallosan... I can wear it all day... I've hung out with the girl I'm seeing with this thing on and she had no idea LOL

How do you feel about wearing exam gloves to do manual stretching?

If you hate germs you can find a lube with antibacterial/antimicrobal properties with essential oils.

If you can mentally do it. try a little lube at a time and jelq with exam gloves on.

I am not a therapist so can't help you much more.

              My advice is:

              - work on other areas of your life before starting PE
              - start manual exercises
              - be consistent
              - go slow and don't overdo it

You won't see gains with what you're doing now and the lifestyle/stress/mentality you have.

I'v thought about using the gloves for stretching, but after a while that I bought the extender, I just let it go.

If I don't buy a Jelq device, I'll do it with gloves for sure.
