Step-By-Step Bundled/Corkscrew Stretch (Caution; Pictures are thumbnails)

    Sorry again for the post hijack - just wanted a quick confirmation please. Starting the JP routine tonight:

    'Grasp your penis at the base firmly, in the O.K. grip, palms faceing down.'

    I was practising this yesterday, and well, it feels weird as hell. It feels a lot 'easier' to do it the other way, with palm up facing you.... Am I being an asshole lol, do I just need to shut up and do it with palms facing down, or is this something I can 'edit'? hahaha. Thanks.

      Well that is the best way to do it and it allows you to get most of the penis instead of being limited because of your fingers in the way. The way with your palm facing down allows you to get blood pumping and flowing through your base a lot more then it does with palm up. Unless you want a baseball bat looking penis (skinny base and thicker up to the glans) then you can do whatever you want, but it is highly recommended that you do palms down so your penis is getting an equal workout.

              Basicaly I'm saying if I jelq like this, eg with the palm down (obv the fingers are up in the air but I think you understand me), it's hard to do because my hands get in the way of one another and the new hand (at the base) ends up pushing and dislodging the hand that's holding at the end under the glans - I have no idea really how far up the shaft I am also, because the back of hte hand covers the view. Either way, I tuck my fingers out of hte way so i can start as close to the base as possible, though trying it I can see why you are saying that it's better to go palm down or overhand as it were, because you cna really get in tight to the base. Palm up, the fingers get in the way a little. Perhaps it's just me lol.

                Thanks millia , I'm going to use these in my routine . I'm doing 4 flaccid compressive squeezes to target my glans .
                I'll add 4 of these . Don't want to get too crazy with them till I can judge if I'm overdoing .
                My timing is 30 seconds , each .
                Does this seem to much to start with ?

                  Well your best bet is that you're starting your second rep too early. Are you cut or uncut? With just one hand jelq up to below your glans and then hold it there and start your other rep, it is not neccessary that you have both hands on your unit when you jelq, lord knows I don't. I do a rep and as I'm finishing my first one I just put my hand down there to get ready, but never hold it. Maybe you should consider doing this? What are your starting stats?

                  30 Seconds each seems more then appropriate mael, just take it easy on your rotations, start with a half first and work your way into a full. G4 says that you should only hold this stretch for 30 seconds maximum but when I go on my 3 week Hiatus to Hawaii I will be experimenting with it since I won't be able to hang.

                    Hey millia , I never got to try them , as after my squeezes my pecker wouldn't calm down enough to do them
                    correctly .
                    I'm taking tomorrow off as I had good routine this evening , and feel like I may be over doing again .
                    Don't know when you'll leave for Hawaii , but take pics and share .

                      Well best of luck, just remember to take it easy on the bundled stretches buddy! If you want to start out playing it safe, do 15 seconds a hold and progress up to 30. Just remember to do them in each direction!
                      I leave on wednesday but I'm sure I'll be doing more or less the same thing that I do here, sit on my butt and browse the internet for more or less most of the day.

                        I've been doing 2-4 sets of these during my warmup in the shower. And just bundling up is a pretty good stretch :P

                          I do a manual stretching as often as I can and these are great!
                          The best part about manual stretching is that you can apply as much tension as you want and they are simple to do.
                          I'd say if folks are just starting to do these type of stretches to start with a light tension and go from there (same goes for time)...

                            Ah, thank you. I get it now as you said 'get ready, but never hold it.' Uncut, which is why when I stretch I had the problem of kegeling and the glans/head being pulled back so that my fingers were grasping it, hence the questions.

                            Stats
                            erect length 5.7/8
                            erect girth 5.5 at middle
                            BPFSL about 5.3/4 (was optimistic here before, maybe i was really warm or something, no chance of hitting 5.8 now lol)

                            I seem to be able to do a better jelq with the palm up grip, but I can see what you mean about getting closer to the base with the 'overhand' as recommended. I do 85/90% of my jelqs overhand or the 'correct' way, but sometimes I find I have trouble knowing where I am or how much pressure I'm using. All learning I guess. I'm kind of blind man leading himself right now, and I haven't seen any PI's or negative for that matter, so just going to continue what I'm doing and try and figure it out. Thakns for the help and have a good trip.
