    I've been doing these stretches for a few months now. I love them.
    8-1-10 11-1-11
    BPEL - 6.125" 8.25"
    BPSFL - 6.562" 8.25"
    MEG - 4.75" >5.25"
    NBPEL - 5.75" 7.5"
    BEG - 5.5"+ 5.75"

        IS there a video on this? Also I am having trouble doing this because of my foreskin.

          I do these by retracting the foreskin, and I'm starting off with a half turn and also use some baby powder for grip. I don't get as much head swell which can make it a little more difficult to get a firm hold.

            Yeah same here. My head starts slipping out of my grip. Same with the A stretch. =/

              Try baby powder if you haven't already. It's very useful and very cheap. Just a thin coating so everything is dry makes a big difference.

                    Iv been thinking of adding this exercise to my routine but I could not find any pics of how to do them.
                    How long do I do these for? Can I do 30 1min routine so that be 30mins of stretching.

                      The only way I can effectively do this and other stretches is if I wear latex gloves. I also do these down and I can feel the ligs stretch.
                      06/01/11 NBPEL: 6 in. X 5.5 In.
                      Short Term Goal (Hopefully less then 1 year) NBPEL: 7 In. X 6 In.

                        Hmm I think I'll be trying some downwards bundled stretches now too. I also use to use latex gloves but felt like they kind of hurt a bit somehow. I found bare hands and baby powder actually worked better than the gloves. Probably I didn't need to use latex gloves plus the powder at the same time.

                            Pics on first page. You just twist half turn or full turn, grab and stretch. I think 30 minutes of these would be way too much personally. They're pretty intense.

                              XitemeM I picked up some Baby Powder today. What a difference it made! My head didn't slip out at all. I just wished I washed my dick before I started jelqing. It felt kind of weird having baby powder and lube mixed up lol.

                                Haha, I'm happy to hear it helped with your stretches OLG. I haven't actually had a problem with the lube mixing with it. I use only just enough powder to do the job, but maybe you could keep a damp wash cloth handy
