I'm essentially doing the same thing. I just incorporate double squeezes during. In the heightened state of arousal you're expanding even more (while being careful and monitoring your PI's).

Many advanced guys are essentially doing pe exercises within edging. Show great caution to be conditioned enough for this though.

im a new member hear and was strolling through this thread and thought i would give my experience...Ive been using an ADS for roughly 6 weeks now and in those 6 weeks I've logged about 110 hours. At first i would edge for 1-2 hours after each stretching session, then i didn't have time so i would do it every other day or so.. Within these 6 weeks i went from 5.75 to 6.1...
In my experience is that with the stretching and edging afterwards it helped me with the bloodflow and healing my penis after the stretch faster. I know it could possibly be newbie gains but I'm going to keep this routine for a few months to see if gains slow down or not.

I've never commented on this particular thread but have mentioned many times before how Edging / Ballooning after a good Jelqing session has gotten me my Gain's. It's really maintaining a high EQ for an extended period in my opinion that shows results. My Edging sessions always go from 30-45 minutes . If I have the time & motivation I'll sometimes push the limits to 60 minutes.
I don't think I would have gotten the Gains I achieved without doing Manual Penis Stretching & Jelqing . Edging is the icing on the Penis for PE. It's the complete package.

Im going to try the one month with no ejaculation and see how it works. Longest I've gone was 1 week and i had a major case of blue balls. lol. But i think that helped with my gains also though because i would get so many random erections and half erections throughout the day and when I'm asleep id always be rock hard. One ccan do long edging sessions with or without ejaculations at the end . My personal view is the regular ejaculation is good for health.
