              I was told to add my results to this thread:
              I ONLY EDGED for about a month, every day, 30 min sessions. Tried to only cum every 3 days, didn't succeed for the most part haha.
              Otherwise, increased length by 1cm, girth by 0.2 - 0.5 cm depending on place of measurement. I don't trust my results too much, feels like I can't really measure it objectively (was extra difficult last time I measured it, as my EQ has fallen in the month).

              Yeah, my EQ increased at first significantly (I mean my dick was HARD AS ROCK), but then I think I overtrained it on a few occasions with an extreme pump in it and it hasn't been the same since lol. That's basically my results thus far.

              Oh, and BTW I did use porn for edging. I'm guessing I am desensitized to some extent. I'm now going to rest my dick for a week or so.

                  I edged for an hour one day a few weeks back. It was dry, no lube just enjoying the sensation. The next morning my penis was MASSIVE. A lot of edema too! Like I had a serious pumping session. Actually, this lasted for about 2 days and some change. I'm convinced that edging consistently should bring some gains.

                    Maybe I should edge more often. I dry edge, too. Just a light grip without sliding my hand on the skin (skin moves with my hand), so can avoid the lube mess and avoid rubbing the skin too much. Works to keep a full hard-on. Never tried it for an hour, though! Might try that tonight.

                        • Should newbies also consider doing some edging at the end of the session? Say, starting with 15mins or so and gradually increasing the time?

                          • Be aware of the trap of too much total workload . Edging in and of itself is well tolerated but a PE workout can tire the penis.

                              • Read through this whole thread, have a quick question:

                                Do you guys think that during a ballooning session at max EQ (95-100%), erect kegeling might be dangerous? It comes from the same idea of jelqing at high EQ ranges. I am worried that over-engorging so fast with a erect kegel might damage the valves in penile venous tissue.

                                RKs seem like less of a problem because they give a more gradual, relaxation-based increase in pressure (like "raising the floodgates") so that more blood gets in at normal blood-pressure ranges, whereas with an erect kegel the pressure is supraphysiological because its an active contraction (higher than regular blood-pressure, like pushing water through a small tube). Any thoughts on this? Just a hunch, but I wanted to see if anyone had any experience or heard of any long term damage from erect kegeling.
