Hmm, we have several guys edging with pe techniques within the edging session. In another thread, we have a guy doing towel rasises with edging; of course this is a powerfull erect kegel.

I swear by reverse Kegels!
By themselves and in combination with edging (erect reverse Kegels) they're the best thing since sex itself.
I'm slowly developing a method where I can keep an erect Kegel (maybe 85-90% pressure) continuously while breathing and having sex.
The thing is to be able and isolate those muscles in order to have the rest of my body in a relaxed state.
Besides being a killer weapon for holding of ejaculation it gives a freaking intense feeling (for both me and the wife).
Love them Kegels.
I advice everyone to at least try edging/ballooning while holding an erect Kegel.

I've been having a hard time edging.. I lose the erection frequently. I am trying to edge after hanging and jelqing though, I may be too worn out? Are you guys doing this separate from other routines?Starting: 4/1/10 - bpel 6.00 x 5.00 meg
Current: 4/1/12 - bpel 7.30 x 5.20 meg, bpfsl 8.10
Final Goal - bpel 7.75 x 5.75 meg

Originaly I did edging only. In recent times I have done edging after pe, if I have the time and feel up to it and I have also done it seperately.

Pegasus, its good to hear that you made size gains from edging. As you know, I will be probably starting a handwritten log tomorrow of my kegeling and edging. I will transfer the log on to here, either later in full or in parts across time depending on how my school schedule is in the following weeks. Hopefully, I will make size gains, but not sure if I will since I am exclusively using those two and many consider them stamina and EQ tools. I am still tweaking my kegel program. So far here is what I am doing:
1. Edge for approximately 7-10 minutes
2. Reach PONR
3. Cease stimulation and hold erect kegel contraction until sensation of near ejaculation fades
4. When ejaculation sensation fades, go immediately into erect kegels set of 50 with 1-2 second pause at peak PC contraction.
5. Penis naturally returns to semi-erect state after 50 kegels,
6. Stimulation is resumed and edging/kegel combo as listed above is repeated until 3 sets have been completed.
Totals about 25-35 minutes for total workout, mainly depends on how quickly PONR is reached in each set. In a few weeks, I may increase the intensity of the kegels by adding a light towel (i.e. towel lifts). Let me know what you guys think, and if anyone else has gained size from either or both of these exclusive of other techniques please share.

The process is roughly in line with my edging only suggestions, of course my suggested routine implies time increase.
You are edging in stop/start manner, have you done kegel edging?

NP97, I would like to be able to put more time into it, but I am in my final year of premedical degree and I am completely swamped in school work. So, unfortunately, adding more time than 35 minutes to my PE workout is not going to be compatible with my schedule even though I know progressive time increase is ideal.
Pegasus, I am unsure of the exact technique of kegel edging; is it doing standard kegels while edging? If so, I have not tried that, but would be willing to and am open to recommendations. Currently, I am simply reaching PONR and using a long kegel contraction from stopping it and then going right into the 50 kegel set.
Another technique I am considering is reverse kegels. I believe they are the same technique as ballooning (please correct me if I am incorrect). I have tried them, but they seem to make my erection deflate, so I must not be doing the technique right.

Ah you are edging with kegals, so kegal edging. I take it you are not trying to achieve dry orgasm?

No, I am not trying to reach dry orgasm. I know some people pursue that, but it is not overly appealing to me because when I have sex I can get off 3 or more times given a long enough time span. I have good erection quality and can maintain my erection after ejaculation, though some decrease in quality and size does follow.
Given the above statement, I do feel my experiment should be revealing. Since my EQ is already high, I do not feel much gains can be attributed to a further increase in EQ. If I receive gains, I feel that they will be independent of the exercises effect on EQ.
The experiment is underway, I do have 2 official sessions recorded in my journal along with starting measures. I will start a progress log and update it when I get some more time.
