So I only got 1 session in this week due to papers and next week is not looking good due to mid terms. Will do what I can and will keep you guys informed. Last session glands are looking bigger, but shaft is same measurement. Considering switching measure to cm bc it gives more accurate subunit (mm).

Hmm this topic somehow eluded me. The interesting this is that while i had my gains (around 2-3 cms) from edgeing, i wasn't focused on it, a was more focused in healing permature ejaculation at that time, so my edgeing sessions where erratic, going from 10mins to 2hours, but usually they where a 20minute. When DO came in picture, my sesions more or less stayed the same, but i had then more through the day. But it think my gains where based on erection quality rather than the tissue growing.
Kegels, erect kegels (i think that this is the more important one, since you can feel the blood pumping in with medim kegels, not the strong ones....), towel raises where integral part of my edgeing. Balloning also played a good roll. Sometimes i would watch a tv series and balloon just to keep erect longer, or would string edging sessions with ballooning (but not that often), of course i would allow my penis to go limp so that the blood would not stay to long.

I think that the more machine like are the exercises the less would be the gains, it requires passion at least for me. So the days i didn't feel that passion i didn't force myself (not counting yesterday and before beginning all this).
One more thing. I found it is very beneficial to exercise your body also, somehow the positive body exaustion from light to medium exercises made me more relaxed, more horny and all in all much better, and all that added for even better erections. I used to do that exercises (from sun salutations, to simple push ups and sit-ups and other) in between to sessions (reach ponr, stop,relax, do some exercises, relax, edge etc.)
It probably why sex carries more arousal with it, since it is a full body experience.

Disregarding my wittiness up there, i think that the way one holds its hands also has an effect on gains. I am yet to try and edge with an ok hold, but i tend to use a full hand grip and change hands so that i'm not over edging just one side. I also incorporate somewhat milking and slight and light (very slight and very light) stretching edging. Holding a hand and just edging with hips is fun to
I do the milking maneuver using my full hand and when i edge away from the penis (i.e. return the foreskin to the normal position) i firstly very lightly clench my pinky finger, then the ring finger , then the middle finger and so on. I always milk away and not the other way, since it feels more natural. It is is intense.
During any special maneuver i refrain from erect kegeling (for now). Much of those i thought up when i was much younger, and well during a 2h run you simply must come with something to do in order not to get bored, or not to have a too big drop on the arousal level.

Well isn't this interesting. I'm currently kegel edging (if for different reasons) for half an hour or so after a workout maybe half the time. Or more accurately, whenever I can be bothered. This thread makes me want to be a bit more disciplined and try longer. An hour is a LONG time though, especially after a 40 min workout.
Quick question - how do you know you need to go for longer over time to see gains? I thought gains took a little time to show (or not as the case may be). And secondly, any advice for countering that tolerance? Since I can't get good erections to jelq I'm gonna try an edging + kegels routine with some supplements for a few months, there's got nothing to lose. Actually I can achieve good wood to edge, maybe the jelq problem has to do with anxiety issues. I will take pictures before starting the exercises in case I miraculously earn some gains.

this is really interesting, im thinking about droping my PE exercisises for a couple months just to improve my erection level and stamina at the same time as i seem to have a weaker erction from way to much porn over the years. Also it sounds like i wont lose any gains, maybe ill make some small ones!
