im going to start doing an hour edging tomorow (4 times a week) and increase it by 5 mins each week, ive only done kegals based on JPs routine what would one suggest for a kegal workout.

I need to make the effort to edge for longer.. I get bored after half an hour or so and always finish up before the three-quarter hour mark.
Happy to make the effort for an hour minimum and report back. Just shy of an hour today, with no JP90. That's the longest I've gone I think. barely the tiniest of signs of soft wave unfortunately, but feeling pretty good about it, only had to ease up stimulation the once. I think I'm definitely gonna keep that up.
Weirdly after half an hour or so, various kegels seemed to have very little effect, though it was fun playing around with arousal levels, thinking right, I'm gonna drop down to a 5 now and building back up.
General EQ tended to fluctuate between 8 and maybe 9.5, but after a while my glans was practically bursting, and that was great. definitely felt beneficial in the stamina stakes

I have always found that the longer the session, the more productive for me. If I can go two hours as opposed to one hour, the results are even more spectacular--so long as I don't ejaculate. This is when I hit 8" girth at the base a couple of times.
What I try to do is to go two to three nights in a row without popping, and then reward myself by ejaculating at the end of my night three marathon session. This is tough to do, but extremely effective.

Ok, well as you know Peg, I'm in. Two birds, one stone.
Day two, and I'm definitely plumper in the day, earlier in the week I was turtling a little, maybe a touch of hard flaccid, but that's totally gone now. I suspect it's likely to take months to see any actual non-EQ related gains from it though, but we'll see.
edit: just to add, I'm kegel edging throughout. After the first couple of minutes getting warmed up I now have zero involuntaries which I'm extremely happy about. After a few weeks of only edging (up to two hour sessions) four days a week, it was starting to feel tedious so i desided to go back to my pe routine because i missed doing it. What i found was; i was always horny, my penis would fill with blood even if i touched it for a second, and most importantly my flaccid looked huge. I also made up a mental exercise that i feel has helped alot, what i would do is when i got home from work i would lie down and shut my eyes and without touching my wang or kegaling i would try and get as hard as possible and keeep it hard only using my mind, its challenging but feels awesome. Next time i go to a party i know what i'll be doing the night before!

Reading this thread got me pretty excited. I, too, have been quasi-edging for years during masturbation - essentially reaching the PONR a few times and backing off before blowing. I think it is through this that I've developed such strong kegels for a beginner. I think the key difference is that every time it's been done with the goal of eventual ejaculation. I think, as difficult as it sounds to me right now, not ejaculating is going to make all the difference, because it will result in blood returning more readily to the unit and causing like a mini-priapism.

I have gained 1/2" BPEL from edging over the past year. I have stopped making gains from it however, and just like other people I wasn't even trying to gain but rather heal Pre-E.
I edge now after every PE session I have because I hear it helps with results. I am not sure if the edging will help or not now but I figured I would do it anyways.

Should I warm down for 5-10min and then do edging for 20-30min? or
