    what are some food, fruits, and vegetable that will help with enlarging penis?

    I don't think there are any foods that can help u enlarge your penis. But green or black tea, lemons, honey are great for strong erections and healthier penis.

      Your best bet is to eat a healthy well balanced diet. I do love tea, not really a food though.

        UnitaElevation is right with the above post.

        But if I have to pick a "food for cock" I will go with RAW OYSTERS.

        Raw oysters contain the most bioavailable amounts of zinc of any food. They also contain raw cholesterol and EFA's. Raw oysters also contain a couple of rare amino acids which have been proven in studies to quickly and substantialy raise testosterone levels.

        Zinc does not get near enough attention when it comes to penis function and development. Even a marginal zinc deficiency is strongly correlated to decreased levels of testosterone, decreased conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone, a substantial decrease in androgen receptor quantity and function and a substantial increase in aromatase activity and estrogen receptor increase.

        Cholesterol is the building block of testosterone and without adequate levels of zinc the Leydig cell of the testicles cannot properly uptake cholesterol for the formation of testosterone.

        All the components for healthy testosterone production are in raw oysters.

        Raw oysters also increase dopamine levels. Testosterone and dopamine levels are connected as well, when one is high, so is the other.

        Zinc defiency is also related to elevated levels of a hormone called prolactin. Prolactin is released in quantity upon orgasm. Prolactin is very negative towards male sexual function, libido and androgen levels. Prolactin elevation dramatically lowers dopamine levels. ZINC is the most powerful natural inhibitor of prolactin.

        Testosterone is absolutely critical for proper penile function and development. Numerous studies have proven that a drop in testosterone is associated with a decrease in smooth muscle quantity in the corpus bodies of the penis and and increase in fascia tissues that are correlated with erectile dysfunction such as collagen.

        In a recent study it was found that around 80% of all subjects tested showed marginal zinc deficiency, this included many pro atheletes.

        Throw in some cayenne pepper for circulation benifits. Cayenne pepper also increases IGF-1 levels which have been established with hyperplasia.

        There are many other foods related to libido and sexual health/performance but my studies continue to confirm to myself that raw oysters and cayenne should provide the most benifit...as part of a "healthy well balanced diet".

            I would suggest eat the food which got zinc, also drink lots of water and have honey with milk.

            When you build your other muscles what do you take? You take food which is healthy so same goes for this muscle as well

              Thanks phallic thought I'd share my list with you guys, I'm interested in nutrition and feel like it plays a large part in PE. Always looking to learn more sixinch you're definitely right about the zinc and eating healthy

                i think we need a "must have" supplement list here at the gym. and maybe a list of overrated products..

                phallic and pry you seem to know alot about this, and i would love to read it. no force do.. just wishing

                  That sounds like a good idea justwannabebig; we have a few threads on "PE foods" and such but it would definitely be nice to have a more comprehensive thread or article, as you say. I would be glad to work with phallic on something like this.

                    Instead of going out to pick foods or supplements strictly for PE, why not pick your foods and supplements for your overall health? You'll get far better results by eating for your overall health, because a healthier body will be able to grow much faster and heal easier.

                    I find that picking and weeding through food or the supplement isle, only with your dick in mind, does no good and is probably relying more on the placebo affect then anything.

                        Very true.

                        IMO there is no magic food or supplement that is going make your penis start to grow like a garden zuchinni. There are substances that do have a negative impact on male androgen production, many which we consume daily. By avoiding these 'bad' foods and focusing on foods which are supportive towards overall health and vigor with some emphasis on our collective goals of increasing potency and penis health/growth, is the best we can do from a natural and healthy perspective.

                            A healthy diet is a great thing but it won't enlarge your penis.Don't confuse PE with bodybuilding,Pe is more like yoga or gymnastics and the growth is due to cell division
                            The only thing that will make you ding-a ling grow is PE.

                              Sidewinder we're not saying these foods will enlarge your penis on their own but assist in the process. The exercises definitely are the most important aspect of PE, but a healthy diet can definitely help, as opposed to PE'ing while eating McDonald's every day.

                              There definitely ARE foods/substances that have negative effects on the penis.
