So, when do you think is the best TIME to take the supplements? I take all my PE supplements right after my workout. The idea is that right after your workout is when your tissue is damaged and needs the extra nutrients to repair.

    Any other thoughts on this?
    Starting (3/14/2011) = 5" x 4"
    Current (7/16/2013) = 5.75" x 4.125"

    Short-Term Goal = BPEL 6"
    Long-Term Goal = 7.5" x 5.5"

Different supplements should be taken at different times, as some work differently depending on the state your body is in.

What about healthy beer in moderation(ie IPA-full of antioxidants from hops, wheat beers, dark beers etc)?

Beer has phytoestrogens in it. That's why chronic beer drinkers have no sex drive (and lot's of ED). How's that for irony!

I gave up beer when I started to take steps to increase my testosterone levels, and have never looked back.

I have personal interest in increasing my testosterone and decreasing my estrogen.. what steps have you taken that have proved to be effective?

I would add mushrooms to this list. They contain something that inhibits aromatisation:

Anti-Aromatase Activity of Phytochemicals in White Button Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus)
Starting stats: BPEL: 6.5" EG 4.5"

                  Aim: BPEL: 7.5" EG 5.5"

Would ideally want BPEL: 8.0" EG 6"
