They wont even really assist PE. It's just your body becoming healthier. It will assist PE the same way it assists riding a bicycle, playing guitar, skateboarding, rollerblading, running, boxing, lifting weights, etc.

Exactly! Personally I believe a healthier body, with better blood flow, is more able to support a growing penis. That's the issue, and some people are interested in foods that can provide that. You have the right to your own opinion though.

Calcium does not block the absorption of zinc, it competes for the same receptors as magnesium which is essential for relaxation of smooth muscle. The EGCG in green tea also lowers testosterone and allows for proliferation of SHBG.

True, but those foods (and even supplements that help increase blood flow) wont target the penis like people think.

A healthier body will grow and heal faster, but it's dependent on the exercises to get there. One can eat only foods that are "good for the penis", but just eating them isn't going to assure that blood flow, labido, etc will increase. It's possible to still be unhealthy while eating foods on the food list.

From livestrong.com, "Too much calcium is equally as serious. It can impair absorption of other minerals, including zinc."

            Zinc & Calcium Absorption | LIVESTRONG.COM

Although the general opinion seems to be unsure, I will have to look more into it. Is there a difference in zinc absorption based on the amount of calcium ingested? Thanks for bringing it up Dopamine.

I've noticed in the 3 months or so I've been here that people just seem so obsessed on wanting to take supplements or foods that "aid" PE and have the mentality of it just helping PE no matter what. Load your body up on Arginine, Lysine, Ginco, Green Tea, Ginger, Zinc, and other supplements or foods high in it, and it wont really do one's body any good.

Healthy eating physical activity will do a hell of a lot more good (even when eating supposed bad for PE foods) in terms of aiding PE than just picking and choosing your supplements and foods because it "helps" PE with little regard to actually eating right.

Better that people realize that then go down a path of uneducated decisions on food, but that's just me.

I think of it similar to supplements like whey protein for bodybuilding. No one is going to grow giant perfectly sculpted muscles from a few scoops with their daily cheeseburger, but it provides the body with the materials it needs to create more muscle cells. The PE exercises demand some type of resources in order to add to your unit.

Great list, does anyone know why oregano is in the negatives though?

To me, the body is really a whole thing. It's not sum of all its body parts, so I don't think you should pick diet that are just good for your penis.

Just get an healthy balanced overall diet which is beneficial to your general health, and you will be totally fine.

mentality I pulled some of the things off that list from here, and one part exclaims,

"There are plenty of foods out there that you're probably eating every day that will do a number on your hormone levels. You need to avoid them.

                        They include...

                        Soy products
                        Bleached white flour
                        Sugar & corn syrup
                        Grapefruit
                        Polyunsaturated Oils & Trans Fats
                        licorice
                        Oregano
                        Excess refined carbs"

Oregano oil isn't the best thing to have, but dried Oregano we usually put on pizza or other stuff wont do you harm. Oregano wont do anything with your hormone or testosterone levels, but the concentrated oil will attack/kill good bacteria (as well as bad) in your body, which isn't a good thing health wise.

Ah thanks, I never would've even considered oregano to be unhealthy. Didn't know it came in oil form, good thing I love the dry stuff!
