Girth test 3 days on vs 1 day on 3 off

    Try one more time not as intense as you did last time 1 day on 3 off for 2-3 weeks measure.
    if you want more on try 2 on 3 off but measure every 2 weeks and see if any gains.

        Did my first session after 5 days tonight. Some tunica tugs mixed with some regular stretches first
        then basic jelqs. BUT wait, I think I have discovered a new position when jelqing! That could be extremly beneficial!

        I always do my exercise on the toilet. Well I thought lets try another position, so I started on the knees, felt a
        bit better, but den switched to sitting on my heals. Hard to find a picture to resemble this, well in this way:
        The one to the left of course!

        This was amazing, somehow I got total control of my keagels in this position. The blood flow was great!

        If you have not tried this, I encourage you to try it out, but remember the pressure is maximized so be very careful.
        I actually stopped my routine because I felt this might make me to sore.

        I will continue do this, but on a pillow next time in front of the tele. But be alone haha! Don't want to get caught half
        naked in that position... If your legs get numb, just stand up for a minute or stand straight up on your knees.

          That´s funny!

          There´s an excercise where you lift a knee like to do some kind of crunches but you jelq under the leg.

              I just looked at your routine.

              5 way stretches 30 seconds for 2 sets
              Basic jelqs with light medium grip 5 – 10 minutes
              1 set of 5 way light stretches every day also in shower and waking up in morning for 30 second holds.
              Kegals 25 for 2 sets 3 second holds

              Very simple yet you saw amazing results?!

                    AMC: Thanks. I am always looking for different ways to locate and do strong kegels, both during exercises and while I edge. I took the position and i really felt those reverse and regular kegels...and coud immediately do stronger clenches or expansions than i can typically do. This position is better than any position I've found other than kegeling while urinating. I'll try it during my next edging session and see if it helps me force strong kegels the moment I need them.

                      When I do reverse and contracted kegels, I like lay down with my legs bent inward. I feel the kegel the most in that position opposed to having the legs straight out.

                          The girth work I think takes the biggest toll on our dicks. With this schedule you are actually giving yourself about three days rest between the girth stuff and one day rest before the less intense length and stretching work. It might be a compromise that is powerful yet does not kill your tool.

                            I would feel that the girth work would need to be pretty intense to justify it. Days on and off is probably what I'm most unsure of at the moment. I think the days off needed after girth work is directly related to the intensity of the workout. The longer rest period seems to be working for a number of people though.

                                Some people get really lucky in the first few months, like their dicks are just waiting for an excuse to grow. PESG's routine was quite light as well and he also made good gains. It can all get quite confusing. I think I should order that "Exercising the Penis" book to get a better grasp on everything.
