My erect mid girth is right around 6 1/4", maybe a little under that. I am sorry, but no way in the world am I thicker than 99% of the guys out there. Most guys don't know how big they actually are, all they see are flaccids in the gym or locker room. The angle they have of their penis is not flattering or give actually size perspective. There is a thread somewhere around here about the perspective thing. Also, girth isn't really ever thought of by anyone outside of PE and women. From what i have heard many girls can't handle a 6 inch girth so I would think that would tell you its not very common. also wouldnt large condoms be tight on a 6 inch girth? you would most likely use a magnum xl right? and how many people do you see walking around with those sized condoms. 6 inches girth is large indeed. Dude, I thought when I was younger that I was a freak of nature not being able to wear condoms because they felt too tight and hard to roll on (back then we didn't have all these sizes for condoms [yeah, I am getting older being 40] so it really sucked and very unpleasant experience). The truth then is that average is about 5 in girth. As far as women not handling 6 in girth I would say that that is not exactly correct given that the vaginal muscles can loosen up and especially during child birth to allow the infant through in most cases. The most issues have to do with producing enough natural vaginal lubricant during penetration which some woman have had with me where I can feel the rubbing and lack of vaginal juice as soon as I get about a 1/3 in even with my wife. So, I have to slowly work it in there. I would imagine that I am not the only dude with this issue being above average in girth. As far as the vagina is concerned, it is very elastic to accommodate to larger girth size even though depth has a limit when it deals with length.Begin 7/25/2011:

Like your link says, Magnum XL is 5.8 inches girth or bigger (although on here I've read posts that people where them at 5.5+ girth). That would mean Magnum XLs are designed for the top 3% but if people do indeed where them at 5.5 inches girth that would be the top 9%. Well, from personal experience, some girls are less likely to keep their friggin' mouths shut about it when you're an OK size, and many times comments such as "wow you've got a big one" are ultimately followed by things along the lines of "you're almost as big as so and so was...". Unless you're so big that it's uncomfortable, you know there are plenty bigger and that on some level that's important to the one you're with. I think the members of this forum throw off what seems average. Like when you look at our average girth poll. We get people posting of all sizes but everyday there is 15000+ lurkers at anytime when you look at the site traffic and only so many actually posting. My theory is guys of all sizes do pe, but the ones who are atleast relatively okay with their size (or know they are above average) are more likely to post and talk about themselves while those on the smaller side are simply less likely to be open about and are more likely to pe while lurking. I like how this place is welcoming to all sizes and makes everyone feel comfortable but I think above average penises are over represented in the postingsComment
