      I have only read instructions on this technique, and have never seen a picture or illustration. This is how I do it, and it is a great girth exercise to thicken up the back chamber, not sure of the name. Please give input or constructive criticism if I am not doing it correctly. I find it works very well.
      Do u know any excercises that help the front chamber grow. Meaning the front face of the penis. The side you see when you look down at it.

        When you look down you're seeing 2 chambers side-by-side. The third is below and in the middle. The third is there to "protect" the urethra and keep it open while erect to allow for nut butter to travel. Without it, the pressure from an erection would squish the urethra shut. The two you see when looking down at it, side-by-side, are the ones responsible for a majority of the shaft, and end up accounting for a majority of the penis in general.

        So basically, there is no "front chamber."

            Semi erect bends have given me rapid girth growth. I do them at about 50 or 60 %. Probably gonna cut back to 30 though, 60 seems a bit risky for my taste...
            Start July 2012: 6.3 BPEL, 5.125 MSEG
            Current : 7.375 BPEL, 5.3-5.4 MSEG, 7.125 NBPEL

              Hey interesting i have a problem where i think those 2 chambers are a lot bigger than the one protecting the urethra. Ive been doing PE for a few months and i've gained good amount of girth, but still the bottom chamber is smaller than the 2 top ones. How do i increase the size of the bottom chamber?

                I wish I could gain girth better (or at all, I should say).

                I gained 1.25" in length from JP90 (over about 6 months, however), but no girth whatsoever. Well, I gained about 0.5" BEG, but that was just due to my thick scrotal skin creeping up my shaft as a result of my length gains. I tried clamping for a few weeks but saw no results, not even temporary gains. I know I should give it more time, but it's hard to be patient after having such quick length gains. I've since gone back to length work and am now hanging.

                  I have come to believe that some of is are just built differently. Some have a very pronounced bottom chamber. It could just be proportionate, and their top chambers aren't as built as ours. Not sure, just my thought.

                        Thanx buddy. It feels and looks longer to me as well.

                        Been on a high tension stretching routine these past couple weeks. I am noticing more skin from the fat pad slowly creeping up and becoming the skin for the new shaft gains. Been experimenting with all types of stretches, all high intensity. Using my wrist and fist as a fulcrum for some. MOTIVATED!!!

                                8 years ago I found out about jelqing and stretching. My measurements were 4.75"x 4.75".
