Are you aiming for specific numbers or just happy with a certain amount of loss/gains? I envy you, my measurement day isn't till the 14th Jan. Seems stupid looking back in October when I had to opportunity to measure on the first.Going for that boing factor.Comment

After stepping on the scale, I decided that I won't be measuring just yet. I am very happy with my weight though, 190.

Clamped Bends really make the veins pop out. Have noticed alot of new vein development through this exercise.
