    It's my first post guys, so take it easy on me...

    I've been PEing sporadically for a couple years, but never consistently enough to make permanent gains. I discovered a technique that I wanted to share and get your opinions about regarding its safety and effectiveness. (This could be old news, but I don't have time to go through 12,000 threads and find out.)

    I do a warm-up of including stretching and some jelqing. Often I just take a bath, because it makes the warm-up easy. Once I've jelqed a while, I'll straddle the edge of the bathtub and squat down (gently!) onto it, so my perineum is resting on the bathtub. From here I lean forward slightly. This has the effect of pushing a large amount of blood into my penis and holding it there. I can tell you, the stretch I feel in the glans is enormous, much more than I can achieve with jelqing alone. Usually I'll hold this for 20 seconds, get up, jelq some more, and repeat.

    Have you guys tried this, or have reason not to? What do you think?

    I cant see any reason this should be a problem. It sounds like you are being gentle, and safe with the amount of time. I say enjoy your journey. AAANNNDDD Welcome, dear Sir.

        Sir Galahard, I can't help you with that, but can assure you that someone here can (I'm thinking B8 and numerous guys) and that no one on here will be hard on you. If they are, they would get banned in short order.

          Hi Sir Galahad and welcome to PEGym! You will find only nice and helpful friends here in the forums.
          As far as your squatting technique, it sounds fascinating and may have some neat advantages. When you lean forward and effectively pump blood into your shaft and glans, you may have found a wonderful way to further enhance the engorgement we seek when doing manual and clamping girth exercises. I wonder if it might be applied to my girth routine. I may have to do some straddling this week and see.

                The technique you describe of squatting on a surface to apply pressure on the perineum as a means to further engorge your shaft sounds similar to the methods of this device:

                I've never tried it and I've never seen it anywhere outside of the Russian PE forum I mentioned in the thread, but I guess others have found something similar to your methods helpful.

                    I have heard at least 2-3 accounts of the exact same method and technique on here but cannot find links. If I remember correctly,they said it worked.

                      About 70-80%. I jelq for a bit to warm up, then while I'm holding a lot of blood in I squat down like I described. I haven't been doing it that long, so I'll let you know how things develop. Since doing this exercise my flaccid length and girth have noticeably increased, but I haven't measured anything yet.

                          I have noticed when I am sitting at a chair and leaning my torso forward that my erections get rock hard. I guess it is from the weight of the body trapping the blood in.

                            Hey there everyone, I am wondering if I am the only person who has some problems when I put pressure on the perineum with an erection. Do you guys who do this ever get a smaller flaccid hang afterwards? Thank you.
