If you're experiencing low EQ because of RKs, put more focus on training your glutes. Should fix that pretty rapidly. But I haven't had issues with EQ so my advice might not be the most reliable in that topic.
    Thanks for your answer adrewvi7

I stop having morning wood as usual (which happens every morning) after putting my focus solely on RK, that's why I ask.

Your post really makes sense to me.

I had PE since the first time I had sex. I tried everything like you did, kegel, reverse kegel, edging, desensitizing my dick by hitting against the table every day, nothing worked.

Well, actually I improved from one pump chump to like 17 pumps chump.

Then, there was a period in my life when I got really sick and had to put off work for a long time. During that period, I took judo classes at night and ran a couple mornings a week.

In judo classes, we did a lot of stretching and especially doing the hindu squat hopping, hindu squat walking as warm up.

Judo did put a lot of work on my abs and hamstring.

After 4 months of judo I met a girl, and to my surprise, I could last like 20 min the first time we had sex using RK.
The more we had sex, the more I had control over how long I can last.

Then I started up a business, things ran so well, I had to work sometimes 20 hours a day, I stopped taking judo classes and morning run.
After a while I got sick again and developed severe insomnia. Gradually I started to become a one pump chump again without knowing why.
It was a really big blow to my confidence.

Now, reading your post really make sense, it explain why all the sudden how I could last so long.

I am putting some work on my abs, glute, and hamstring. Let's see what would happen after a couple months.

Thanks again for your sharing Andrewvi7

No. I may be wrong but i don't think that it's even possible to fix APT without Ab or squats. Or at least it will make it a lot harder.

There's a lot of research coming out recently between the connection of a dysfunctional pelvic floor and the lack of glutes, which all stear in the direction of causing PE yet very few mention PE as a symptom itself as most of it's directed for women and not men. I'm in the process of compiling the research now but it'll be a while before i can release anything. Bit busy with work.... But i suggest having a little google yourself in the mean time if you're curious.

      • My hip flexors are super tight after heavy weight squat. They are not getting tight with hindu squat. Should I stop squatting at the gym or continue squating harder and then strech them even harder?
        5/2019 Start: 5,2" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG
        10/2019 Bundled stretch: 5,6" NBPEL X 4,35"MEG
        10/2019 - 2/2020 Girth Exersices: on/off and no gains
        7/2020 Erect stretch: 6,25" NBPEL X 4,35" MEG

Short term goal: 7" NBPEL X 5,5" MEG

Most of the body should be super tight after a good squat workout, and it's supposed to be. To drive heavy loads upwards you're using your entire body and a lot of posterior chain power. I wouldn't avoid squats as that's a key building block for posterior chain development which is badly needed to cure PE. So my answer would be to stretch stretch stretch afterwards. After a leg workout I spend around 20-30min just stretching alone these days

Regards tight hips, what kind of stretches do you do? My main one is where my ankle and knee is resting against a vertical wall and I'm turned the otherway in a kind of lunge position with my ankle up the wall, and to stretch a single side usually takes my hips a minimum of around 2-3min to start releasing. So a single stretch for my hips takes around 10min alone.

Nice, 20-30min streching alone. I need to step up my game also. Donyou mean your main strechs is resting one knee, shin and instep agains the wall and other legs making lunge position. Yes, that strech is in my routine but it stretchs only my thigh not hip flexor. My main strech is this https://youtu.be/cJSve88Yp4M

One question: what is your ability to stay in squat/hindu squat position? I squat with heawyweigh but without weigh my ability to stay in squat position is about 2min. Its really hard for me. I hvae been doing them by holding doorway 10min at the time.

Yes! that video is the stretch im on about! I don't really know how that stretch if done properly could stretch your thigh but not your hip flexors?

I can comfortably sit in a hindi squat for around 10min, after that either my legs go dead, or my upper mid back start aching. The only thing i constantly need to do before hindi squatting is stretch my calves tho... As without stretching them, my knees can't come forward enough and it feels like im about to fall backwards. Another tip would be to put something under your heels to elevate them slightly

I did a lot of rabbit hoping (hndi squat hoping) back in the day what a great leg exercise it is . Judoka especially the japs were very big on it at that time .

Yep, that video is the best for hip flexors strech imo. The other one i described is identically same position but the shin is against the wall, it is for thigh stretchs.

Calves strechs for hindu squat is good idea. Im going to tryi that next.

just read some of ur log, andrew can you describe what i feels like to RK and how you got from not knowing how to do an RK to essentially being able to hold as long as you can. I've been suffering from PRE-e for years, and i think just like you mention, its my pelvic floor being so tight. I also have APT as well, hips are tight, lower back weak, glutes weak. Ive been working on my APT past couple months, but nothing has seriously changed. I also have bladder problems on the toilet, and Ik right before i PEe and when i stand up i IK. Also after pooping, i have crazy IK's for like 5 minutes that cant stop. This leads to whenever i do have sex, my pelvic floor feels so tight that i cant even stroke. can you break it down step by step what i should , what i should read on the forums to make me feel like i actually know what im doing and maybe i can get better?

Its a bit difficult to explain, but when you start stretching regularly and making good APT progress, you will get occasional pelvic floor drops without even doing RKs. That sensation was so vastly different that i knew exactly what it was when i experienced it, i mean i've read about it multiple times but even with practise i couldn't get a proper reverse kegel to work at first. It literally feels like there an expanding balloon inside your ass somewhere.

Mate everything you're describing, minus the bladder problems, is what i've experienced. It takes a lot of work to change your body's default posture but keep your head up and keep working on it. I am totally convinced that long term PE, is solely due to fucked up hip mobility/flexibility/posture and affects too many things in the body (back pain, shit squat depth, PE, protruding gut etc)... Actually here a question, how weak is your core? Like i'm taking an educated guess that your stomach sticks out when you're walking etc and you spend most of the day sucking in your gut?

Mine does and i actually just started at the gym today. It’s a little intimidating, but I truly think this might be my golden ticket. It’s about the only thing I haven’t done so here we go.

Any type of list of what you do on leg day? I ran a pin machine circuit today and did squats, but I’m not a workout guy and don’t want a personal trainer. Any help on targeted exercises would be great.

Iv dabbled onto this not long ago too. One night while edging i realized my stomach was tense and sucked in so i relaxed it and felt tension in my front PF get released. It was like tensing the lower abs/belly, it pulls up on your front PF creating tension on that. APT pulls the pelvis down because the quads are stronger then the counter force in your abs/core. APT protrudes the gut as well as it probably is putting tension on the weak lower abs too.

I feel a lot of us are in this same boat of exactly what Andrewvi7 said, " I am totally convinced that long term PE, is solely due to fucked up hip mobility/flexibility/posture and affects too many things in the body (back pain, shit squat depth, PE, protruding gut etc)... "

So if you have APT, which is probably the most noticeable and easiest to diagnose, Work the Core strength and Lower abs, Stretch the quads and back. Tone and strengthen your stomach so your gut if firmer and tighter. Fix APT that will pull back in your stomach as well allowing you to be able to naturally relax it without feeling like your pregnant.

Fixing APT = Fixes Ab tension = Less tension on front PF = easier to relax and Rk = easier to drop/control arousal = Better stamina = more confidence = less anxiety = More stamina. Lol Obviously other things are in the mix but you get the idea.

It's amazing how much havoc bad posture and bodily weakneases cause.

In terms of workouts, I suggest watching some videos on YouTube as they will show you the workouts, rather than just explain them, which is essential when you're new to the gym life. Just remember, posture, correct breathing, and safe lifting are far more significant to all of this than weight... Dont be an ego lifter... They damage their shit more than they fix it.
