That really sounds like a kegel to me. I have heard a number of descriptions that people associate to "reverse kegels" recently that seem more in line with a kegel: "When I kegel, I push myself more towards the PONR", "My dick pumps up really big", "My erection gets stronger". All of those things are what happens with a kegel and not a reverse kegel. When I do a reverse kegel, my erection goes down, my dick gets smaller, and I go away from the PONR.

When my pelvic floor is really tight, and I try to reverse kegel, it actually turns into a kegel because I'm trying to push so hard and there is no expansion of the pelvic floor. So, I keep pushing and then I actually start doing a kegel.

What are people's thoughts about this?

I’ve read this thread 4 times all the way through now, because I think it may really be the key for a lot of us.

I’ve noticed that many on this forum who have had success will swear by the Hindi squat and as I’ve read this thread a few times through, I’m beginning to wonder if performing Hindi squats on a regular basis is almost like a therapy treatment for Anterior Pelvic Tilt... What if the Hindi Squat is really just treating the underlying problem: APT?

Maybe if more of us begin to focus on APT correction, the RKs will really start rolling for people and everyone’s PFs will loosen just like OP’s...

This will vary depending on individual basis.

I’m sure you’re right. Just noticed a very similar body positioning for Hindi Squat and APT correction. Both seem to lead to a greater capacity for RKs and pelvic floor loosening.

Many guys combine apt correction with pre e training .
While not all guys with pre e issues have apt many stubborn cases do.
It is certainly something to consider.

Skinny or not, makes no difference. Interesting thing to note for guys that watch porn, most of the males have posterior pelvic tilts, and last quite a bit. Coincidence? I think not.

Hindi squats have no affect on fixing on APT. Three primary muscles to tighten are hamstrings, glutes and abs, while stretching the opposing three, quads, front hip flexors and lower back. To fix PE, start working on your APT to restore the pelvis to its proper position which will alleviate the constant PF tightness, then stretch it further with hindi squats etc.

Thanks man, been working on the APT stuff for two weeks, and I'm seeing some positive results so far.

                    Good man, keep us updated.

Make sure to properly train your abdominals, it made a massive difference to me. The stronger and 'tighter' they become the more results you will see. It's something that i've noticed that with my abs becoming stronger and APT disappearing through training mentioned before, its pulling the pelvis upward through a natural pull and is decreasing active/constant tension in the abdominals. It lets the PF relax a lot more to the point where my fuck buddy just left 5min ago as im writing this, and out of the three rounds we had, i couldn't even cum the last two.... Consistent results.

Sounds like you're assuming that if one has pre-e, it's caused by APT??

Yes im assuming that his possible pre-e is caused by atp.

I'm dubious about this hypotheses that APT is a cause of Pre-E. Regardless, a person who is "ripped as fuck" can certainly have APT. It's not about how strong or weak you are but, rather, about balance and form.

I think that APT can be a cause of a tight pelvic floor, and a tight pelvic floor can be one cause of preE. For me, other causes were frenulum sensitivity, letting my arousal spike out of control from not relaxing and letting my arousing thoughts run out of control.

But, rotating my hips loosened my pelvic floor which allowed me to RK - which allowed me to regulate my arousal better. It was a piece of the puzzle.

I don't disagree, that being in APT can make it harder to relax the PF. But to say, "Hey, this guy doesn't have APT, so he shouldn't have Pre-E" is (I believe) misguided.
