  • Update: I just had sex! This is an update of 2 different "day". The gap between day 1 and day 2 were 4 day. Day 1 I came 1 times. Day 2 I came 2 times.

    Day 1:

            • I have been eating a lot less than before. About 1-2 meal a day. I dont believe this is the reason for my success but I want to write everything down just in case.

                  I can last as long as I want if I go slow.                       • Update. Long time no post. 3 times success with PYT. 4 times success with weed. 2 times success with weed and PYT combination. 4 times success without any PYT or weed.

                        Only routine I have done is C-sit position abs workout. Heres the video for C-sit position abs workout https://youtu.be/yRbMc4Ql4Cc 3:30 - 6:30. Do not stretch your abs or hip flexors after this exersice even you feel tight. I have done tons of others abs exersices (plank, leg raises, hollow hold and sit ups) before but none of them helped my pre e. There is another guy from this forum got cured by doing this exersice but he did everything from that video and his name is Acepree.

                        Another thing I want to write down just in case is I have been squeezing my penis after ejaculation. I dont know is that helping me. Im 100% squeezing my penis before ejaculation does not help me at all because I have done that for months.

                          Well-done, this is a good example of someone who has found an exercise which works for them.
                          We know the main issue with PreE is inability of abs and glutes. But as I say to the people who PM me and ask for specific moves, you have to tailor the moves which works for you. In this case, probably hollow holds would have been a bit heavy for Ankle, so he has focused on a simpler exercise which nevertheless engages the TVA significantly.

                          Forget about squeezing penis etc. If you find something regarding glutes that works for you and give it time to show the results, you are not going to need weed and ... to rely on occasionally.
