    Had sex again yesterday, started on cowsgirl and had complete control, then switched to missionary and chose to cum. Really making some improvements now.

    All it took was the focus on breathing exercises, stretching and changing up my workout plan.

      Had sex two times last weekend. No PME but another problem is coming up, don't know if it's gonna stay but... Instead of having PME now ED is coming up. Like I couldn't get my dick hard at one moment. The other I could at first, but when she went on top I couldnt stay hard.

        You should see if this is a frequently occurring incidence or just happens sometimes. My feeling is that it passes.
        The reality is that by now, your mental status and the way you control your body has changed and that is the contributing factor to your improvements. Your physical training yet needs some time to show itself and the effects kick in. It takes some time.

          I am going to keep it short today. Because of a three week holiday and doing nothing with regards to beating pe I went back to square one. Afterwards started doing the same things I did when I started improving somewhat like before.

          Fastforward a couple of weeks and I am stretching everyday again, cardio is not that much on point and working out is still going. Now I have been edging and that's were I started noticing the first improvements as long as I kept breathing really controlled. Now I haven't edged for a week so I suppose it is obvious it would be harder to last long. But I noticed something that I don't quite understand yet. When I was sitting, (in a specific position) which is the position I can always last longer in and have a easier time to breathe with control. I couldn't last at all now, even after stretching everyday etc, just because I didn't edge/ejaculate for a week I suppose. But here comes the weird part: When I would stand up it was no problem at all, even though I didn't ejaculate for a week? Mind you, this is the same session. So while sitting: couldn't keep up for 10 seconds but when standing no problem to control.

          Now I suppose this would have something to do with my pelvic floor being tight in the sitting position? What I don't understand is how can I improve this? Since standing isn't a problem now but sitting is. And usually sitting wasn't a problem so it was just extra sensitive due to not ejaculating for a week. But how could I get myself to the level where also with sitting I do not have this problem for a week for example? If I dont have it standing it must be possible to not have it sitting even if I didn't e for a week.

          I would like to hear some answers. I am not really active in this log but I am definitely really active with trying to beat PE. Hopefully I will get there soon... It has been a year by now. I am mentally incapable of being in the moment with sex which really is annoying. I am so done with stretching everyday too. Like when is this ever going to be over? It almost sounds like a fairy tale to think back at the times (over a year ago) where I could just have sex, be in the moment, have no pme, no need to stretch everyday, no problems at all. If I think about it. Even with masturbating I never had any problems before this pme phase, I could easily not masturbate for a week and then still last. Lately it feels like I am putting all of this work in just for a couple of seconds improvement but I will be just stuck in trying to keep it under control for the rest of my life. When this would be over, would it really be over? Or am I doomed for life all of a sudden?

            Lately it's getting harder for me to do rk breathing again. Pre vacation I was able to breathe into my belly and really feel my pelvic floor expand with little belly movement and no abs flexing. Even in certain positions like the hindi squat I do not feel it the same way anymore. I do feel like it is semi tight, I don't think it's that I feel less expansion for the reason that my pelvic neutral state is already less tight, which would cause it to expand less for obvious reasons. Sometimes I do get to feel it a bit more again but not as consistent as before. It was also easier doing the what is considered meditative rk breathing here before. Now I can't do it as well laying down anymore, only standing works semi.
