  • Reverse kegels 101 premature ejaculation and pelvic balance

    Unbalanced pelvic floor, is a major cause of premature ejaculation and the classic cure is reverse kegels.

    These are not hard to learn ,if you try to force out urine you are doing a reverse kegel. There are 2 forms of reverse kegel, they may be done together, but the ideal is to be able to somewhat isolate them. The front reverse kegel is felt below the belly button above the penis in a pushing out, force a piss feeling. The back reverse kegel is felt in the taint area between the balls and arsehole, again in a pushing out ,force a fart feeling.

    If the pelvic floor is balanced ,there will be few uncontrolled kegel type contractions and those that do occur are easy to calm. A mere act of will, prevents unwanted contractions and leads the man to be able to choose when to ejaculate.
    The classic imbalance is between the standard kegel muscles in the pelvic floor (strong) and reverse kegel (weak), this causes spasm type uncontrolable contractions, of the pelvic floor leading to premature ejaculation. The classic rehabalation exercise is to strengthen the reverse kegel thereby to restore balance. Of course it could be that the standard kegel is weaker but this appears to be rare.

    Advanced considerations!
    In recent times, it has been theorised, that pelvic floor balance is a 4 way deal, between standard kegel front and standard kegel back and reverse kegel front and back. This complicates matters ,as the front standard could be out of balance with back standard ,front reverse or back reverse and likewise for the other directions. If you feel you are weak in a particular direction, that may be the direction to exercise in. So in my case I am working on back reverse , Pirate is working on front reverse and Minuteman and spanky are seeking all round balance.

              Ok first off I offer no quick fix.
              You have prolonged and ongoing uncontrolled kegel type spasms and have had for many years.
              Firstly do these spasms take the form of a standard kegel? If so do they take the form of front stop your piss kind or the back contract your arsehole kind or both?

                      Can we elaborate on reverse kegel exercises, I seem bad at choosing a good exercise routine. I posted my kegel exercise routine in the Help.... thread if you could take a look at that, I definitely need to do reverse kegels b/c my PE situation is getting worse but my standard kegels are getting stronger and I can hold longer then I could when I started. Where I feel it the most before the PONR is in my glands at the head and also between my balls and a-hole region. I tried doing reverse while masturbating but that just tensed the area up and I would regular kegel to actually lose my erection and start over again, but when I started over again I'd be right back to just before the PONR. Before sex my floor muscles are as hard as a rock, the area b/w my balls and a-hole are very very tight. I didn't have this problem 6 months ago, my gf and I were having sex like every other day and te sex was good and now that my problem developed it's like once a week. By the time that day comes I'm too nervous about controlling my problem cuz I know it'll be a while till the next time. I need Help with an exercise please..... or a masturbating routine...

                        Hey Helpmegetbig. The spasms are caused by an unbalanced pelvic floor. I suggest reading through the implications thread that Pegasus has provided the link for. You'll find a lot of very helpful information there that will surely make things easier to understand. Also, reverse kegels should be incorporated into your routine.

                            Improved pelvic floor muscle strength puts more blood into your erection, increasing size and sensitivity. The increased sensitivity can cause you to cum faster but this is usually temporary until your body gets accustomed to its improvements.

                              So should I start doing reverse kegels? if so how can i tell i'm doing them right, like with standard when i first started a couple weeks back they said to put your finger in your anus to feel it contract. What about reverse?
