    Pegasus, most definitely! If you go into this with no idea about your arousal you could just be wasting your time. Just imagine, if you were doing this routine by not touching yourself to porn, but still held your breath, tensed your body, and didn't understand your personal arousal scale and stimulants.

      I have this same problem when having sex or jacking off my dick always kegals which is how it get a 100% erection, another problem I have his when im with my girlfriend just making out my dick starts to get hard, I plan on doing what you are doing with porn "not jacking off to it" just watching it and getting use to it.

        I suggest u look for drummer19 and my posts on ballooning. Rubbing the sensitive spots and the whole penis in general and getting used to it desensitizes u a bit. Yeah. Try porn without masturbating and see if you get better. If you usually get a full erection just watching try it and then see if you get less and less erections.

          Ok so I am noticing more positive things that have happened since I finished this program along with Byggs program.
          I will list how it was before these programs and now.

          1.) Before: Anytime I touch my girlfriends boob when laying down, even if not being sexual at all, my heart rate would go up and I would get this intense aroused feeling in my head that wouldn't go away until I removed my hand. I have always been this way and I thought it was normal.
          Now: I can touch my girlfriend's boob when laying down with no arousal feelings! Unless she makes the first move I can stay calm. Awesome.

          2.) Before: Before engaging in sex my dick would get to a level 9 erection from excitement and stay there unless I completely paused then it would go down really slowly.
          Now: Engaging in sex as well as foreplay I can keep my erection at between 6-7 and stay pretty relaxed the majority of the time. Even if it gets to an 8 I can quickly get it down to a 6-7 with a brief pause.

          3.) Before: I would get a solid erection with no simulation, just arousal.
          Now: The last two times I had sex I had to have my girlfriend actually do a little work to get me stiff. This wasn't anything like ED, I used to have that and I see this is different and more natural feeling to me. I had a lot more control over how stiff I wanted my erection.

          4.) Before: When having sex I would have anxiety and my heart-rate and blood pressure would go up and stay extremely intense.
          Now: When having sex I feel like I have a clear mind and even though my heart rate goes up a little, my blood pressure and anxiety are completely gone.

          5.) Before: I couldn't go two days without having the urge to touch myself. I couldn't resist the urge.
          Now: I have been doing great resisting the urge to watch porn or touch myself. As of now I have not been masturbating at all for 12 days and also not watching porn for 14 days. These are both personal records, which I know is probably really sad (and part of the reason my PE symptoms have been staying.) But I know cutting these habits are going to help and from desensitizing myself to porn a bit the urge to masturbate and watch porn has gone down a lot! It is getting harder now that it has been 2 weeks... I really hope I can resist it for good!

            Great news Drummer! Happy for you. Have you read my latest post and my log/journal? How long do you last during sex right now? I don't masturbate right now and constant sex has cured me. This is confirmed with a guy that posted about him having Prem ejac when not having sex as opposed to when he was trying everyday to get his wife pregnant. I think he posted that in my latest post about me "lasting longer and not doing my exercises" post. Please look for it and comment. I don't masturbate anymore and especially to porn and I'm lasting a long time. I really believe real sex is the cure. Slow and easy and building it up.

              I have been reading your post JamesMonroe and I am glad everything is getting better. I read that you continue to get really easy and quick hard-ons when aroused. Byggs program definately helped in that department!

              The longest I have lasted so far is 10min with sex and each time I have sex I feel much less anxious and more relaxed. This is freaking incredible considering I used to always ejaculate upon entry (not even 5 seconds)

              I have never been able to get it up after the first time I ejaculate in the past. But since I have completely stopped masturbating I have been able to get it up again. This is very exciting! Also since I haven't been masturbating I feel like I spend more time paying attention and getting her in the mood for sex. So recently I have been having sex so much more than prior months.

              My girlfriend told me for the first time that sex is actually fun for her now. I have been waiting to hear that for 10 months. I am very excited for the future.

              The only problem I am having now is that I still can't get rid of the involuntary kegals. They are still there even though they are not that strong.

                R u still doing regular kegels? I suggest you stop completely. I did and it seems like my body doesn't remember how to do them. I can feel that when I try them, they are hard to do, like my body doesn't wanna do them. I only get spasms a bit during a or when I hit PONR at around 30 min. but my rev kegels gets rid of them at that moment. For now I suggest no blowjobs, quickies or doggie style for you... That can come later... its too intense. Also.... Try and have sex right away with little foreplay(if she doesn't mind).... That way you are not aroused for too long. I noticed that it's bestto do this at your stage. Longer foreplay can be done later. I will do ByggDs thing soon. I already watch porn everyday at work without masturbating so maybe that's helping.                   Interesting thread.
                  Before I learned about PE, I used focused relaxation techniques that I learned from stress control to relax my PC. It was quite effective and I still use them though I find RKs more effective.

                      I've done this for years.

                      I have my own ways to combat this, though not yet perfected, they have worked for me a fair amount of times.

                      Not sure if they would make sense ...

                        Hey drummer, is it possible that your skyrocketing arousal was a proximate cause for your pe while your involuntary kegels are the ultimate cause? By that I mean could it be that it wasn't your arousal issues directly that were causing problems for you, but rather that when you get very aroused, your involuntary kegels kick in (ie. the need kegel when looking at porn) and rocket you to the ponr?
                        Did the bullet kill you or did the person holding the gun?

                          When I am aroused I will involuntarily kegal when but not the other way around. My involuntary kegals have been reduced immensely but are still present. I had problems from arousal other than involuntary kegals that made Pre-E worse and those are now gone (which reduced my Pre-E a lot!).

                          I still do my exercises but I have reduced the frequency a lot. In the past when I would continue my RK's and stop my K's I would get ED, loss of sexual desire, and uncontrollable flatulence. So if I am going to stop one I think I will have to stop both.
                          Also blowjobs and doggie style are not problems for me.

                          I guess I will just have to see if not doing kegals anymore will help with the involuntary kegal.

                          As far as reverse kegaling during sex I have been unable to ever use that technique. It feels like when I reverse kegal it just speeds up the process so I haven't done it anymore. Do you hold or pump the BC? And do you hold a front or back reverse kegal?

                            Alright tonight was a major success!!!
                            I did another session of this exercise and after the first set, I had no urge to kegal at all! This is incredible.
                            I did this sitting down on a chair, naked, with the lights off and with full attention too.
                            About 20min of porn with no urge to kegal and that meant no arousal which meant no erection.
                            I will also note that I did some reverse kegals prior to this as well as payed attention to keeping my posture up and pelvis back.

                            Watched 1 long porn video, in 5min segments.
                            Fully Clothed and No audio:

                            First time: Highest erection was a 2. A little urge to kegal. My heartrate went up a little bit but I have a strange sense of calmness I haven't ever felt. (like more mental control?)

                            For all the rest I was Naked with audio on:

                            Second: I am actually going to hold my pelvis forward to see if this helps. Holy crap no urge to kegal!
                            Never got the urge to kegal or any other side effects. I feel perfectly normal. NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE

                            Third: Still holding pelvis forward and keeping steady breathing. No urge to kegal still. No erection or arousal.
                            Forth: I actually got a 1 meaning my penis had a little thickness to it from blood entering it.
                            Fifth: Still no urge to kegal!

                            Ok so this is some major progress. In case you guys don't know I have quit masturbating entirely and I only have sex now. I haven't masturbated in 3 weeks! Also my arousal level and stamina in bed have been consistently improved. I think some of this success tonight has been from stopping masturbation.
                            It isn't easy stopping masturbating. I have been trying to for years and I finally seem to be doing it. I feel so accomplished just in that. It is like coming over an addiction.

                            On a side note I actually had my first wet dream this month. And then 2 more last week. That was a crazy experience all on it's own!

                              Well that's good to hear I will be keeping a close eye on this thread.

                              And just throwing it out there:

                              1) If your pelvic muscles are tight and or imbalanced, could doing internal stretches help?
                              2) During the day when you get stressed or are doing a physical job, you will notice your PC muscles have tightened. Just then do slow breathing with some RKs.

                                Great news Drummer19. Doing reverse kegels, stopping regular kegels, not masturbating at all, watching porn without masturbation and having nothing buy sex with caring, patient women is part of what took me from 2 minutes to atleast 30 minutes of hard/fast thrusting. You should really try to mostly do doggy-style with your girl. I've been lasting longer and longer and able to thrust harder AND all other positions seem like a piece of cake now!!!! Also... Having sex atleast 2 times per encounter is a boost cuz u last longer and feel less sensitive the second time.
