I do reverse kegels as an exercise and during sex. As an exercise I start by just pushing out as hard and long as I can about 5-10 times. Them I do 10 second holds then 5 second holds and then short bursts till I can't do any anymore. I guess it's front and back at the same time. I am now trying these exercises in different positions and as you may be able to guess that some positions have the urge to kegal harder than others. Just a reminder I have stopped the urge to kegal in the sitting position, which is what I thought would be the hardest position to relax the taint muscle .
The easier positions as of now would be: Standing and Laying flat
Positions that are harder but controllable are: Doggie (all fours) and kneeling.
The position that is giving my trouble is the laying on your side in the fetal position with your legs.
It is the only position that I can feel the PC spasming and can't resist all of them.
Maybe mastering all of these positions will improve results even more..Arousal Techniques-Techniques to overcome Pre-E.

It turned out that my "complete" control over porn wasn't very lasting. I may have been able to control it twice max with porn whenever I was doing this, but overall it didn't have much effect in bed. Shortly after these last few posts I suffered ED even worse than before with my lady.Arousal Techniques-Techniques to overcome Pre-E.
