        • I used to use delay sprays BUT they made my penis numb and that's the fact i didn't like actually and it took me quite a long time to find a good product that really helps with the problem but does not make me lose all the feelings.

                • Ok, not a success story, but rather one about improvement
                  I've been doing reverse kegels for a month now, basically just throughout the day, whenever I think about doing them. I also do penis stretches every other night, or sometimes during the day in the shower. I try to edge everyday for at least 30 mins, but this isn't entirely possible, give the fact that I live in a dorm; but anytime I get some privacy I just edge.
                  Now, the last two times I had sex with my girlfriend, I lasted about 20mins + foreplay and she came both times. Damn, I was ecstatic! I was really relaxed, and in a good mood. I believe that the cause of PreE is mental/physical and I'm trying to tackle both. The mental part is a lot harder, but you just have to relax, and not be so goal-oriented. I am still fighting with the mental part, and haven't had sex with my gf for a while cause of certain problems, but I believe I'll see more improvement next time.
                  Also, I used an ordinary condom both times, that surely helped.
                  Any tips on the mental aspect of this struggle?

                  • This will be my second post on this thread because I relapsed sadly

                    I started to get those involuntary spasms while having sex again and there wasn't really anything to stop it. This was in about January. Since then, this was all I did.

                    I believe PE is physical and mental, so it was important to knock out each part.

                    PHYSICAL

                    - Constantly holding a reverse kegel
                    This allowed me to prevent any kind of spasm
                    - Trying not to kegel when urinating
                    THIS ONE WAS HARD AS FUCK. I've been able to not kegel when pissing for about 2 weeks now and I didn't even notice until now.
                    - COLD SHOWERS
                    THIS ONE WAS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR ME. I think my glans is hypersensitive, since I do have very sensitive skin all over, so cooling it down and preventing it from drying up was vital. Also, cold showers boost testosterone and help your immune system and a lot of other things. It's very beneficial.
                    -Masturbating with lube
                    Vaginas aren't dry, nor are they cold. THEY'RE SOAKED AND WARM AND PHENOMENAL, so doesn't it make sense to become accustomed to that feel? I warmed up some lube and masturbated. I didn't go extremely fast, maybe 15-20 minutes, stopping whenever I was close. Now I can go to town on it for 10 minutes and still be okay. I wanted my conscious mind to become aware of this idea that the goal in sex isn't to always finish. I believe my subconscious eventually picked that up.

                    Basically I told my girlfriend before doing anything sexually, if I said I was close, we would stop for about 45 seconds and then continue. We did that MULTIPLE times, and then, once she was done, it was over. I didn't let myself finish. Again, this was to get my mind thinking finishing wasn't the goal.


                    That's all I can think of right now. The most important thing is the RK holding so your body doesn't spasm. I feel like that should get knocked out first before everything. And you'll be able to tell when you're not having those spasms. Your balls hang a little lower, your dick seems smaller, but it really isn't. You're just used to it being so tight that it feels like that's the biggest it can get, but it's just your tight ass pelvic floor. Also, stroking seems less overwhelming, meaning they feel less intense, so you're able to tolerate more pleasure.

                    It's seriously the best feeling knowing that this is over. Once you can not kegel after peeing, it's all good news for you.

                      • Salam bros, try doing this.....learn how to control your pc muscles and your breathing simultaneously while having sex, but first, learn how to control your pc muscles. If you do this, I promise you, you will last longer than just 10 minutes, 20, 30, 40, 50, shit an hour! Look, when I first learned about this I tried it, I was masturbating and doing what I told you of. Now around my 25 minutes or so guess what happened? Nothing! I gave up!!                           Your balls hang lower because the sperm has not been extracted from the testes right away like it does when you have pre E. When sperm is extracted from the testes your balls will sit closer to the body. When you have pre E almost always the sperm is extracted from the testes straight away and heads to the seminal vesicles and the next moment is the moment you ejaculate. Holding off this process (the sperm being extracted from the testes) will delay ejaculation, but the problem is because us pre E'ers get overly exited and stimulated the chemical responses from our brains extracts the sperm too early.

                                so i started PE first week of May. I started with jelqing edging/ballooning and stretching and taking supplements. Everything was going good till around the end of May. I believ i overdid it and jelqed to much, my dick went dead for days. I was mortified and new stresses in life popped in at the same time.
