    • It depends on the day but If I am in my groove, yes. And it seems like the longer I am able to hold back the ejaculation the less sensitive I get as time goes on. But I can't stress enough, when I use the levitra I can kegel and hold back the ejaculation and go for as long as I want and still maintain a good erection (which is usually 30-45 mins due to the wife being done). It might sound unbelievable and it still seems this way to me. I think my wife is still in shock as well. I have been dealing with this for years and to have come so far in just a few months is really unbelievable. I couldn't have done it without this forum. I haven't seen anything else that compares.

            I think they both helped. The reverse kegels help me to hold off the PONR as long as possible and when I reach it I stop and do a full on kegel to stop the orgasm. For me they are both necessary.

                It's definitely the exercises. My stress levels due to work have gone up considerably these past few months. And when I reach the PONR, hold a kegel, then lose all sensitivity (with partial ejaculation) but still maintain the erection that is definitely the exercises 100%.

                    You mentioned that the longer you go the easier it is to go longer. I think this is definitely true. The orgasms seem to come in waves and the time between each wave increases. So you might reach your PONR in a minute, suppress it, reach it again after another 2 minutes, suppress it, reach it again in 4 minutes, etc...
                    Another little trick that might help you if you have not tried it already is before you even reach your PONR, just when you start to feel it building up, but you are still a minute away from actual ejac try doing a strong kegel for 3-5 seconds and then try to relax 100%. You may have to do a few strong kegels or one followed by a few quick ones, or some combo.
                    This just squeezes some of the blood out of your prostate and into your penis (which then flows into the body not back into prostate), it relieves some of the pressure and relieves that urge to orgasm.

                    If you time it correctly you never even reach the PONR, but it will still "reset the wave".

                    If you are having DO though and maintaining an erection than you might not even need to bother with that. I could never master the DO.

                    I also find what you said about the edging to be true. I started edging before I started having sex. So I had good control from day one, too good even (I would never cum). So I quit edging and I noticed it slowly slipped away. I bring back edging and my ability to last returns. It does seem to be something you have to keep up with. I think it works like cementing your gains though. Lots of work to get there, less work to just stay there.

                        • It seems like no one has posted here in a while but, I thought I would post my success story here. I suffered from PE all of my life and, when I got married, it really took its toll about two years after I got married, let me tell you, there's nothing more frustrating as a man, nothing.... you feel as if it is just not fair, if you feel rejected by the one you care the most, it is even worse.... Anyway, I overcame this, and let me tell you, some will tell you different things, I think most of them work, my advise is to never ever give up on yourself and try every single piece of advise on here an anywhere else, as long as it sounds safe and logical. Here are some different things I've seen out here on the Net, I'll start with the ones I think you can go without and will leave the ones that worked for me but, all of us are different so, the techniques or diet supplementation that I think are not really worth trying, may work for you, use your own intelligence and judgment, pay attention to your body each time you try one of this things:

                          -Supplementing with with SAME and Vitamin B12 or either one by itself.
                          -Supplementing with l-tryptophan is an amino acid that increases serotonin in your body (research shows that more serotonin means lasting longer)
                          -Antidepressants, there are many out there, Clomipramine is one of the better ones but, it can make you constipated and give you gas
                          -Numbing creams, Dr. Numb is a good one to use, specially their most potent one, they have two types, make sure you wash your junk before sex
                          -This one might be a surprise to you, but PC exercises might help... not sure on this one, I stopped doing them since I noticed my lasting power actually decreased with these, my muscles down there contracted harder at ejaculation but orgasm felt no better, erections were slightly harder but, jelqing gave me better results
                          -Dry ejaculation, if you are exercising your PC muscle, it just makes it harder, yes, it makes your PC muscles stronger but, this means that you ejaculate harder as well, so for me, it was counterproductive, yes, I was able to dry ejaculate about five times but it took so much darn concentration, it's like trying to stop a freight train with a really strong safety net, no matter how strong your safety net is, it will give out most of the time, this might be a bad analogy but, you get the point. I really think it's about relaxing your muscles to last a long time....But again, working your PC muscle may work for you.....

                          Now for the things that worked best for me and that helped me overcome premature ejaculation:
                          -No surprise here, Edging
                          -Learning to relax the PC and BC muscles, and really any muscle from the base of your penis and your anus and everything in between, not sure how to explain this one but, everyone refers to the PC muscle and yes, it is the one that helps you stop your urine, start trying to contract all the muscles next to it, imagine there being 3 dots the first one being your Anus, the second one would be around where your Prostate is and the 3rd by where the base of your penis is. I'm not a doctor, I'm trying my best to explain this on here, bottom line, learn to feel your muscles down there.

                          -Here is a big one, for those who are not circumcised, I believe that there is such a thing as being hyper sensitive, I got circumcised two years ago and, it did not diminish my pleasure, it just took longer to get there, bullshit aside, some of you will say but I want to feel more.... you will feel even more, as you make love to any girl for a longer period of time, you excitement will slowly build up until your surpass any other you experienced before because, you came under a minute or two or three, not long enough to experience your girl or for your senses to really get into it.
                          Getting this done had two motives, the first, yes, I wanted to see if this would make a difference, and second, for hygiene reasons, so glad I did....
                          -Breathing deep, this works, specially if you breathe from the stomach, now, what worked even better for me was, breathing deep and holding my breath for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 seconds, exhaling and inhaling in the same manner repeatedly, this does the same thing as breathing deep, but it works much much better for me, by the same I mean, it controls your excitement level and, it feels like it slows down your heart rate, well, it fees like it, so it calms you down.... combining this with relaxing your PC and BC muscles is a pretty killer combination, marathon man anyone?
                          -When you get to that point where you feel like your seminal fluid is accumulating and about to shoot, squeeze the 3rd point (from the 3 muscles I explained before), this will kill the excitement and allow you to regroup, but you have to back off for a bit and do something else, kiss her, or whatever, let the excitement level drop and go back to business, hold your breath as you do this, take a couple of deep breathes before going back to intercourse.
                          -And almost forgot, practice practice practice! This one probably should have been at the top lol. If you don't have a gf or wife, get yourself a flesh lite, that thing is the closest you will get to a real one, it will help you ALOT. If have roommates and don't have privacy, do this with discretion Okay... if you drive, if you have at least a 15 minute commute or longer, put that time to good use, pull your junk out of your underwear but leave it between your pants and you, play with yourself, just rub the part where the glands are with your thumb, if you put your arm at a 45 degree angle making an L, no one will notice as you drive. Anyway, what does this do? It builds stamina, at the beginning I would last 5 minutes until I had to stop before I ejaculated, then it went to 20, 30, 40, 60 +, and really I don't know how long I can go since I have to stop before I get to work or, before I get home. The key here is to start with a slow movement, but as you build more resistance and stamina, you speed it up, you try to go faster and challenge yourself to control your breathing and relax your muscles, believe me, you will feel your body's response when you go faster, your breathing will increase.... you have to control it, the easiest way for me to control it is, holding my breath......

                          Alright my brothers, I call you brothers because I feel your pain, I was once there but, there is light at the end of the tunnel, don't give up, email me if you have any questions. If you are wondering how long I can last now, this is without any antidepressants, just the breathing or, not breathing part =) and, relaxing my muscles, 45 minutes to over an hour.

                          I posted this to help others, take it or leave it, if you feel like critiquing or challenging some of this stuff, don't do it, it worked for me and, it can work for others. For those of you reading this, if you find negative comments, I tell you this as someone who knows what you are going through, leave no rock unturned... you owe it to yourself. I tried all the above and probably more things that I can't recall at the moment, but the last ones are the ones that did it for me. Good luck!                           • Oh, and one more thing, I went to the professionals.... Urologists..... I'm not saying that there isn't anyone out there that really cares.. but, most of them came across to me as assholes, they don't believe in edging, exercising the PC muscle, breathing techniques and all of the other things you find on here. Sites like this and others on the net are your best resources, if you do go to a doctor, let it be a urologist or your primary doctor, just ask for the antidepressant, don't even bother to explain any of this stuff to them, I went to four different ones... and all of them had a puzzled look on their faces.... all they are going to do is prescribe you the antidepressant, look, if you really need to, get the pills, they do help but! Keep on working at it, you won't need the pills after a while. That's it lol, just felt like I needed to tell you, save yourself sometime and, make the visit as brief as possible... I think this is a very misunderstood and under studied condition. I only wish they put so much emphasis research/money on this as they do on ED. Anyway, I'm out.
