No absolutely not. These are completely different processes. Pulling on the penis is stretching yes, but not like rk stretching, nor Hindi squat stretching. To release and relax the pelvic floor use rks and Hindi squats etc. For lengthening the penis pull on it and stretch it.

So anatomically speaking, what do penis stretches do for that help with premature ejaculation? I must add my progress... i didnt have sex in 40 days so i cant fully evaluate on the improvment caused by OP's stretch excercises (i do them Mon, Wed, Fri but only did like 15 sessions and counting). But i feel my penis is pretty damn sensitive even on free days and if i try some stroking i feel like i can cum very quickly so i must also say that the "magic bullet" scenario doesnt seem to happen as nice as the OP let us to believe
) But i will defifinitelly continue because the stretches give me nice flacid length thoughout the day and who know one day it may help...
I would love to hear from No.1 adopter of the excercise MarcusHa who pretty much single-handedly boosted my confidence these stretches are short of a secret miracle... are you here my friend

I read through the whole thread and couldn't find a lot of success stories except for the original op and marcusHa. So I want to understand what it does exactly.

I would suggest looking at the last active time for the OP and MarcusHA. It will be hard to follow them as they are not leading. Those who wish to follow this for during thier PreE enjoy. Hey guys just to confirm while doing the stretches. Do I just grab the bottom of the head of my penis and pull up holding for 30 seconds or start from the base of my penis and work up? I want to do it right the first time and not stuff it up. I suffer from PE severly and am willing to try anything. I watched a few different videos on penis stretches but most were to gain size of it. Thanks for reading!

Has anyone else seen results with this? I have been doing (only) the penis stretches often and the last couple of times I had sex with my gf it actually went well. Last time I lasted almost 10 minutes, which is huge compared to cumming on the first pump, the usual for me.
Altough it only works when having sex, not with masturbation. I'm guessing it's because I'm still 'trained' to cum quickly from masturbation.

I never realized how much I involuntarily kegeled throughout the day until I came to this site and really started paying attention to it. I now attribute that as the main cause for my PE. Every time I notice I kegel in a day, whether it be going to the bathroom or jerking off, I have started to create the opposite motor reaction by RKing in those situations.
I have really noticed this working for me and giving me much better control of my floor during sex! I'm still not even close to where I want to be, but it's nice to see some tangible results.Start 03/23/16

Hi everybody,
I got really good results by only stretching. Keep it up daily basis for a minimum 15 to 20 minutes.
Plus try to perform stretching minutes before real sex if possible. Do not forget breathing from belly and reverse kegelling during sex.
Pls share your experience after one month regular stretching.
