  • They do help to an extent but you need to refrain from doing them for a good week in order to give your pelvic floor rest and healing

    You will notice spasms in the penis shaft a day or 2 after the stretches, this seems to go away in a weeks time and your penis will feel very loose once recovered

    • I do not get involuntary kegels but even after doing the stretches you can feel less sensitivity in general when aroused. The only time I ever seem to force kegel is when having to get the last drop of poop out lol

      I won't get the involuntary spasms but I do feel a little bit of tightness in the pelvic region and the stretches do a great job at loosening it up, this is what the stretches are for. Continue with the reverse kegels however to strengthen and balance the pelvic floor

          I found the key is stretching from below the shaft , straight up towards your belly button. Play around but you know you are doing it right when you feel a good stretch in your pelvic region. I've held this stretch for 15 mins for 3 nights with 1 night rest for 10 days or so. It has eliminated 90% of IKs

          • You've held the stretch for 15 minutes??????? wtf????? I am grasping basically around the frenulum, and pulling straight up towards my belly button, and pulling with vigor!!!!! I havent been able to hold it for longer than say 20-30 seconds at a time. I can say that the only stretch I really think I have going on with this, is a ligament stretch. Are you suggesting grasping the base of the penis and pulling from there??? I must have misunderstood the OP's technique maybe???

            • i believe we should wait for the OP to come back and tell us how long he did the excercises before he eliminated his PE...

              OP's description is pretty straightforward - i understand he was pulling by the penis head making O sign around his frenulum...

              the modifications suggested by other users are yet to be evaluated in long term...

              we should first confirm or rule out the original stretching technique that the OP was suggesting...

              the think with these excercises is that most of the stretching really numbs the penis but i believe this is only a temporary numbness that may last 1-3 days and if the excercise is repeated every other day you may feel like your IK's are gone... while in fact you only numbed your penis and fatiqued your pelvic muscles and ligaments...

              i wonder if the IK would return to full strength after stopping all stretches for 7-10 days...

              maybe we are all just keeping our pelvic muscles and ligaments exhausted by continuous stretching without enough rest, than you start to believe you got rid of IK but if you would give your penis 7-10 days rest you would see that IK return with unchanged vigour and strength...

              iam not saying its true iam just suspecting some similar "deception" might be taking place...

              still waiting for MarcusHa to join us back with some conclusion...

                  well after doing 6 weeks of doing what the OP says , I didnt really see any results

                  however after doing 2 weeks of solid 15minute, upward stretches, ive pretty much eliminated them.

                    on your modification... i think 15 minutes stretch every day or even every other day is pretty extreme stretching of the tissues... did you try stopping for 10 days if any of the IK return ? i dont want to belittle your progress iam just curious if by any chnace your muscles arent just fatiqued by all the stretching - which would have temporary effect of no IK - my question is if the IKs are gone permanently even after your stop ALL STRETCHING for 10 days to give your tissue full time to recover from the stretching...

                    • I'm struggling with the technique here I think. I don't feel any stretch when I do these completely flaccid, pulling up towards the belly button, gripping from the base or below the head of the penis. Not only that, but I have to grip very hard too. I do feel a stretch, however, when I am semi-erect.

                      Could you guys confirm if you can feel a stretch in pelvic floor muscles when you do this stretch? And also any tips on technique. Any ideas on what I might be able to do?

                      • I did feel like what the OP recommended to begin with helped slightly, but only for certain angles of pulling/stretching

                        I can't really comment about my muscles being overtired - I have given myself 1 day off for every 3 night which seems sufficient. Not sure if this helps , but for my entire life I have always kegelled to stop pissing and now, after this modified stretch, I do not kegel in the slightest

                        My EQ has, strangely, increased too but the "flutters" I used to get caused by IK have gone too. I'm heavily into fitness so supplement a lot of creatine and glutamine for muscle repair, which not sure if this has helped ?

                          My technique is very hard to explain but once you feel it you will understand.

                          I recommend while flacid, pulling your penis with one hand as far out as possible. Then with your other hand try and grab as low down on the shaft with at least 3 fingers worth, so you have a solid grip.

                          Then, lie on your back with your legs in the air, and pull your penis as close to your body inwards towards your belly button. Try then , SLOWLY, moving your legs down and almost performing a situp.

                          Keep trying these body variations and hopefully you will be able to feel it your pelvic region

                          The key to all this is the initial grip. If I just grip the top of the head and pull upwards all it does is stretch my penis. You really need to go as low down as possible so you are partially beginning grab the top of the muscle that control your penis.

                            I tried this but I only feel a stretch in the ligaments to the side, nothing in the pelvic floor muscles. I know how it should feel as I can get a good stretch when semi-erect. It just isn't there at all when flaccid. Perhaps I should try doing it semi-erect, but it is a hard state to maintain.

                            • Following my previous messages, I have been experimenting with different ways of attempting to stretch the Pelvic Floor muscles. I was unable to feel any sort of stretch whatsoever when pulling from any part of the penis, even very low on the shaft. I could feel the ligaments on the side stretch but this is not the point of the stretch. What has worked for me is to pull from below the testicles, with thumb and third finger wrapped around penis and testes (and testicles above the grip so that they don't get squashed!). If I do this while sitting then I can feel a good stretch in my pelvic floor muscles. I suppose that this is the same idea as pulling from low on the shaft, just taken to the extreme!

                              I will report back in a bit to see if this method of stretching has had any positive effect. After a two minute stretch I already feel a difference.

                                fantastic news bro. all our anatomies are different, but the key is to grab the muscle of the penis, not the penis itself, which you have managed to do. Maybe after trying this, you will 'loosen' up more and be able to start pulling without your testicles. but either way it sounds like you are on the right path.

                                also try clenching your body together, bringing your torso close to your legs, hunching over. i feel this tightens the pelvic floor and so can be easier to feel a stretch.
