this is what i read about the anal breathing technique..it sounds similar to reverse kegel but they are saying to contract ur glutes as well?? does anyone fully understand this ?

took about 3 months to master it. He visited me during the weekend. I gave him a 15 minute lession about the anal breathing and tailbone (butts) exercises.
The beginners should start with the butts exercises and then synchronize the exercises with step-wise (digital) inhaling as shown in

So, do the butts exercises first. When you go peeing, apply a light pressure to your bladder for expelling urine and at the same time lift your heels (ankles) up; then squeeze your butts against your tailbone and anus to stop your peeing without contracting your prostate/PC muscles. Here, you can understand that you can use the somatic nerves to squeeze the butt muscles to trigger the tailbone's S2-S4 to close the bladder-prostate outlet. You can use the same principle to shut down the prostate ejaculation duct during sex.
You have to train the nervous circuit to automatically respond to the sexual stimulation. The basic training is to do the butts exercises outside the restroom (without peeing!!). Open your legs at the same width as your shoulders in a natural standing position, simply apply a light pressure against your bladder (no leak please!), and then periodically contract your butts against your tailbone until your tailbone is warmed up.
After you get used to the butts exercises, you can start to synchronize the butt contraction with each inhaling.
when you inhale, you lightly pull up (or contract) your anus-tailbone mucsle toward your spine ( not toward your perineum or prostate), so that you can "feel" air being sucking into your anus and tailbone and spine. The anal air suction is just a feeling. That is, I call this trick "The Anal Breathing."
A lot of beginners may contract the anal muscle too hard, so that the contraction also affects the prostate/PC muscles. Here, the anal breathing method considers that the anus is the divider the prostate/PC (perineum or pelvic floor) muscle and the anus-tailbone muscle. In fact, it is very difficult to isolate each other. The only way to isolate the Prostate/PC muscle from the anus-tailbone muscle is to do it mathematically. In order to cancel the contraction of the prostate/PC muscle, you have to apply a light pressure to your bladder with an expandion of your low abdomen. This will also expand and relax the prostate/ PC muscles, so that the anal breathing anus-tailbone exercises won't affect the prostate/PC muscles. In fact, it helps relax the prostate tension for prolonging sex -

Finally, once your anal/tailbone muscle can automatically respond to sexual stimulation or mind focusing to the tailbone, your anus-tailbone muscle will start to contract in response to each inhale as long as you move your mind down to the tailbone.
You will no long squeeze your butts any more. You can stnad up, lay your back, or sit down to circulate the sexual energy in each inhaling when you move your mind to your tailbone.
During sex, move your mind to your tailbone like wagging your tailbone in each love stroke or thrust.
You do it in any lovemaking position. All you need is to keep your legs widely open and fuse your mind to your tailbone and image that you are wagging your tailbone.
You can last 1 or 2 hours once you master this trick. The anal breathing method is outlined in

I have been stretching for a month now... I believe there has been a reduction in involuntary kegels. If erection level is not at max I can last for a long time while edging, but I ejaculate within 10 15 seconds as soon as I hit the max erection level. I am wondering whether its the same for everyone else when they hit their max erection levels because I go to my max erection level straight away when I am very aroused sexually ? Basically am wondering whether I need to look at arousal techniques or I should be able to last long enough at the max erection level as well. Also those who benefited from stretching were you guys able to stop yourself from kegeling at the end while peeing ?

There could be truth to this since I also did stretching while I was trying to get rid of my prem ejac, although that was also the time I found the death grip, which i think is one of the major reasons I overcame prem ejac.

A reverse kegel only routine and many many other things like constant sex with a patient, caring partner and ballooning were part of my road to a cure.Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

You have to learn to separate erection level from arousal level.
For example, stimulation alone can make you hard so I can be fully erect from that.
But my mind is clear and my breathing is calm so my arousal stays much lower.
When you say you're hitting the max erection level and ejac within 10-15 seconds, it sounds like you've tied erection level and arousal together.
So when you're fully hard, you're also fully aroused. You need to break out of this cycle.
Use RK's, distraction techniques or something else until you can break the link between the two.
Then you should be able to get fully erect without ever having to get fully aroused.

I stopped wacking off and porn (never was into it anyways)
I *tried* to stop IK's after urinating (was VERY hard and I still fail)
I began PE with stretches after warming up
It would go to a point where I was cum right before I put it in! Slowly and surely, in about two-three weeks, I saw massive results. This stuff works. What I recommend is:
A. Cut out Porn as mentioned
B. Cut out IK's during urinating
C. 6 Sets of 30 second Penis stretches (2 top and bottom, 1 each side)
B - Note: I still get IK's even when Im sitting at my desk with an erection. I have TERRIBLE IK's that happen involuntarily throughout the day. Just knock off the hippy shit and follow this guide. It works!

Hey guys what's up. I'm new here and I am just looking for some advice, as well as, some understanding towards my issue. I'll try to break down everything and keep it as short as possible. I am 24, I do not remember when I first measured my penis I believe sometime in high school so I guess 14 or 15. But I wasn't satisfied with what I was looking at. I always felt I wanted more thickness. I personally felt the length was ok but I wouldn't complain if I could gain another inch or so. Anyway, this led to partial self esteem issues. Another problem I've had is premature ejaculation. I first experienced it when I was 19. I believe it all started evause I went to college an had too much idle time on my hands. I began to experiment with speeds, amounts of times I masterbated during the day, as well as, lubricants like lotion. After the first premature ejaculation experience, I have literally been going through this everytime I masterbate or have sex since then. I've done research to try to fix my issues but I don't trust the things I've seen because I feel they are just out to get my money. So here's to tryin new things. I hope you guys can assist me with some words of insights and the best natural free procedures to help me overcome this obstacle. Thanks in advance!

They seem to slowly fade once you become used to the exercise. A month in and I rarely get them, don't be alarmed brother. Keep on with the stretches and don't forget to get some rest in every few days
