I will try this on. This make sense for me. (Then I contribute to this Thread)
I am comming back to Pegym after while, I had some results in January/17 , when my girlfriend came back from a month trip. In this ocasion, I thought i would ejaculate to quick as usual (mainly after a month without sex), but I had full control and, in 2 intercourses I just came after she, I felt like a god.
Despite this I abandoned all the stuff that had brought me to this point (BIG MISTAKE)
According to my observations, those stuffs were:
-Reverse Kegel everyday while I wen to work;
-Some Kegels;
-PE , I religiously made the "********" programm for about a month (including the aparently miracullous stretchs)
-Last and most important - I substantially improoved my selfsteem, wich was low due to de PremEjac issue. This occurred because: graduated, made a trip without gf to relax, and claimed my Alpha male status in my relationship (wich is a bit hard because my gf is bossy)
Finally,today i still having some problem with PrEj, becuse I just relaxed. I will try this stretch routine associated with RK.

Thanks for the post, how ever I remain with some doubts.
1. why it would be important to NOT kegel at the end of peeing when you seconds later strech and anyway do a kegel? Or did I missunderstand and you only strech but do not kegel in the same time.
2. when you say this has helped you cure PE I still wonder what you do during sex. You basically explain you stretch your muscles and train like this your muscles but does this mean during sex you kegel to not come?

Stoping the involuntary contraction after urination helps build control over it.
The more you practice voluntarily resisting the automatic contradictions builds up your control.
So when relaxing the area during sex your better trained in keeping it from contracting.
Side note.
If you think stopping the urine BC spasm is tough, try stopping an ejaculation kegal.
Eventually I'll train my nerves up enough to voluntarily stop them or cut them short enough to ejaculate just enough cum but not hit refrac. If that's even possible

Do not push hard to pee. Don't push at all. Just relax and let the urine flow out. When finished do not kegel. I have read many posts on this threat now, and y'all seem to think that a strong PC muscle and a lot og kegels throughout the day has made you suffer from PE. I too suffer from PE and i know i do a lot of involuntary contrations through pissing, actually through mastrubation too, i kegel hard when i masturbate, i just cant help it and it seem to hasten my orgasm/ejaculation. Maybe ive just answered the my question myself, but what is the correlation between kegels and PE? I though Kegels where good for EQ?

10 years ago I started penis enlargement with kegels and jelqs. After a month doing them I noticed I had prem. ejaculation. I didn't know why I gained PE.
I tried many ways to overcome it. Edging, mental control etc. Time ago I found posts that kegels cause PE due to tensed PC muscle. And I noticed that I keep my PC muscle tensed always. I perform involuntary kegels and I find difficult to relax my PC muscle.
When I started to do kegels 10 years ago my PC muscle was very weak and I could not keep kegel on and I lasted in bed up to 30 min. After I learned to keep my PC muscle tense I last in bed less than 1 min.
So men, never perform kegel exercises. I found many posts about men who gained PE after doing kegels.

Read over majority of the posts on this forum.
When i I try to do this. I grip the glans and pull straight forwards and I get a huge involuntary Kegel for about 1-2 seconds. I then grip and pull out and up towards my chin. I get another huge involuntary Kegel for 1-2 seconds. But when I pull down, to the left and to the right I do not involuntary Kegel at all. Anyone else have something similar?
also I've seen a few people debating over whether when they're doing the stretch, to either relax or to fight against the involuntary Kegel but doing a reverse Kegel. Which is better?

One thing I did notice when doing these is after stretch my 'hard flaccid' (known i think to be a sign of pelvic tension) loosens.. aka my flaccid is less hard and it is bigger. I've had issues with PE and DE so my pelvic floor is truly messed up... before i knew anything about PF I would kegel when just moving in my chair... the only real issues i have currently is pain when standing and the peeing kegel thing... except i just press the perineum which gets it out... but the fact that i have to isn't good.
