    That's your opinion and I respect it, but I guarantee results with my routine because it has helped me and two other guys I know that suffered from PE. Its more than herbal tea and reverse kegels. I simply took different methods that have worked for others on here and put them together. My routine is about attacking PE mentally, physically, and chemically. Anyone who tries my routine and have any questions, feel free to message me or ask in this thread. I guarantee results. A person may not go from 1 minute to an hour in two weeks but they can go 10 minutes plus and eventually to 30 minutes plus or an hour. When I have sex now my mind is clear and my body is relaxed. No involuntary kegels or even worries about coming quick. This is something I have been suffering from since a teenager and I'm proud to overcome it and have the confidence of a porn star.       Thanks for your reply mate.

      Longerlastingnoob has been giving some great tips and supporting me so far. I like the idea of attacking prem-e spiritually, chemically and physically. I designed a plan to help me but i'm just looking for clarity on introducing supplements into the plan. Today is day 1 of my plan

      How much and How often do you consume the cocao powder?

      What supplements do you recommend and what frequency?

                Yes I recommend edging with death grip every day until you can edge the normal way for at least 20 minutes and then you can death grip edge every other day or every two days. As far as reverse kegels, do short ones throughout the day. Work on syncing them with your breathe. Example, Inhale and hold reverse kegel. Exhale and relax pelvic floor. It can be 3 or 5 second holds. But aim to hold one for as long as you can every day and try to improve that time each day.

                  I don't know about anyone else but when I'm able to hold both at the same time. Even when I hold a back reverse kegel, my front muscle holds automatically as well. When I first started it was hard to do a front one but with practice and repition it became much easier. As far as the death grip, I would say just squeeze your penis tight with a hard grip and edge as you normally would. Find your most sensitive spots and rub it and stroke with pressure but not to the point of pain. I'm circumcised so I'm not totally sure what an uncircumcised person should do. Sorry.

                            @hoochiNn pretty much my daily schedule was about progression. I never did a certain # of sets or reps. It was all about lasting longer than the previous day during my edging session and also when I held a reverse kegel for a maximum amount of time. For example if I could hold a reverse kegel for 3 minutes today, I would aim for 4 minutes the next day. If I could edge to ponr for 5 minutes, then I would aim for 6 minutes tomorrow. Success is a lot of small things done well. That phrase is so true and I made small goals each day and worked hard to obtain them which lead to me successfully being cured and in control of my orgasm. Hope I made myself clear. As far as the short reverse kegels I metioned, that was what I did throughout the day randomly. The reason for these is to build that mind muscle connection with that muscle and help relax my pelvic floor.

                              For as progressing with edging before death grip, I tried for months to progress with just regular edging but only got very minimal results. When I started death grip edging with no lube, I started to see much progress with my edging sessions. Regular kegels may cure some people but they only made my PE worse. 100% reverse kegel sessions allowed me to be able to relax my pelvic floor and not experience the involuntary kegels. Since I'm cured, I only do a 50/50 kegel/reverse kegel routine just for erection quality purpose and pelvic floor balance.
