So guys I did an experiment last week. I made myself do an 80/20 kegel reverse kegel routine to see if I would lose some of my stamina and also all the reverse kegels started to decline my erection quality. After a couple days, I definitely started reaching PONR much quicker and started having involuntary kegels once again. At one point I reached PONR 4 minutes into sex. My erection quality increased to normal and then started to decline last weekend. So this week on Sunday, I did my PE routine mostly only reverse kegels and death grip masturbation with no lube. I edged yesterday morning and didn't reach PONR until about 35 minutes. I also had sex tonight and lasted about 40 minutes. Erection quality is almost back to 9/10. I think since my orgasm control is back then I'm going to stop all kegels reverse kegels and just strictly focus on keeping my pelvic floor relaxed as possible. Kegels never work for me even if I do 50/50 kegels reverse kegels. I'm going to continue to balloon occasionally for good eq and keep reverse kegels to a minimum as long as my pelvic floor does a good job staying relax which I have confidence that it will.Comment
