Haven't even started on turkey neck :x. I figure I'll hit my EL goal and then start the process of elimination of the TN.
Overall gains: 1"1/4 EL (NBP & BP) but that was with 10/10 EQ I still have to remeasure for accuracy

The extender is OK so far, I like it because I can extend stealth for an hour at a time and then take it off. Very easy to hide it under clothing when I'm commando.
And it wasn't a phone convo.. He was sitting next to me.. While I was strapped in... But I had shorts on, but regardless... Most awkward shit ever yesterday. Today it's fine though, I'm just glad I had the talk with him (unintentionally).

Not in the mood to hang today. Good off day been going for last 5 days straight I believe.. No juice for it... Don't know what's wrong with me, just blah mood.
4-5 hours of extender time.. Last hour I added two small rods to for a higher tension.
Thanks man! It's been quite the journey so far.. And even with that time under my belt I still find that there's still a huge learning curve especially with these higher weights and whatnot. I suspect at one point or another if I get the money I might just invest in a Bib just to get a chance to learn about that aspect of hanging.

I remember tearing ligaments in my knee in high school and not being able to lift for months. I felt horrible after months of not being in the gym, but shortly after getting back into it, my overall attitude improved dramatically. I find that exercising improves my overall moral and wellbeing..I think you'll find the same thing is true for yourself! Oh man, I know all about those stupid injuries.. Tore tendons in both ankles multiple times so being on crutches was like another walk in the friggen park for me haha.
I'm just hoping once school starts and work starts I'll be able to fit everything into a nice schedule/routine so it all works out.
Lifting does get me feeling good and happy though, huge stress reliever.

Not very often to be honest, I try to keep the ruler very very far away from me or else I'll be measuring every chance I get. I've been more concerned about staying consistent rather than gains. I know the gains come with consistency.
As far as BPFSL, it increased dramatically within my first few weeks, and during my third month if I had to estimate about it. It is normal to gain in EG than EL or vice versa, but if you're looking to gain length and girth I'd highly suggest doing length first and then girth.. Gaining girth first makes it harder to gain length in the long run sometimes because of the stresses placed upon the penis while working on girth conditions the penis a lot, which makes it harder to gain length.
Rice sock warm up 15 minutes
Hanging 17.5 lbs down 15 minutes with pendulum swinging front and back
Rice sock war down 5 minutes
30 minutes - 1 hour extender time
Fowfer until asleep

I would never regret buying my bib hanger. Actually, a guy was selling one cheap on thunders the other day. Then again, you would only save $15, and honestly, it's risky to buy from someone besides Bib, so never-mind that! I bet you could hang more weight with a bib than its possible to hang otherwise. I believe that's what Dustpan is using when he hangs 75lbs (what a crazy guy...)
