    Do you Edge after your workout?

    Btw awesome pics man I like how you show people what you are doing. You were one of the reasons why I decided to take pre PE pics and will take new ones in 3 months to show people that PE truely works! Anyways keep those gains coming man!

      Lifting does get me feeling good and happy though, huge stress reliever.

      Not very often to be honest, I try to keep the ruler very very far away from me or else I'll be measuring every chance I get. I've been more concerned about staying consistent rather than gains. I know the gains come with consistency.
      As far as BPFSL, it increased dramatically within my first few weeks, and during my third month if I had to estimate about it. It is normal to gain in EG than EL or vice versa, but if you're looking to gain length and girth I'd highly suggest doing length first and then girth.. Gaining girth first makes it harder to gain length in the long run sometimes because of the stresses placed upon the penis while working on girth conditions the penis a lot, which makes it harder to gain length.
      Dang I didn't know that I will keep that in mind. So you think PESG routine is still good then??

        Hey Gus, no I actually don't.. Not sure why I haven't been into edging lately but after hanging all I think about is either getting into my extender or doing a BTT stretch to bring heat and circulation back there.. Edging afterwards would probably be best, but since I do my PE at night and in stealth after hanging all I want to do is get to sleep.

        And thanks brother, I hadn't even realized I took before pictures because those were so old, and that was before I found this site and really expanded my knowledge.. In the case of the before pictures I had the ruler very far back, I cheated an inch on them which I didn't know at the time, but goddamn it made me feel good .

        I think that all routines here are good, but with what I said before that is really just opinion based. A lot of hangers swear by length then girth. PESG's routine is good because it worked for him, and he was able to gain like a freak from it. I mean I can sit here and tell every person on the forum that length before girth is the way to go until I'm blue in the face, but at the end of the day there are people who will gain in both from a routine because they found what works for them, and that's what it's all about finding what works for you.

          • Yes, the "dick" part of the thread title really made it intrusive when I left my laptop open, and family keeps dropping by so I don't want my cousins to see a tab on my Firefox saying "Millia's DICK journey", so I thought this sounded better

            Side note: Woke up with great morning wood, so I went to look at myself in the mirror. When I looked it looked like I hadn't gained shit because my nutsack was so tight against my body. When I pulled the sack outta the way I couldn't help but go "WELL DAMN". So whenever I reach that length goal of mine turkey neck and girth will take a serious frontseat of things to do. I might actually just strictly work on eliminating that turkey neck while doing maintenance for length. Also I've noticed that after I pass the realm of 25+ minutes of extender usage the skin starts to burn, I attribute this to the extender base pushing back on my turkey neck which might help reduce it. Something to keep monitoring regardless.

                  Firefox is another internet browser much like Internet Explorer. It is by Mozilla and I find is a lot more stabler than explorer is.

                      I vote you try the extender... I will eventually try this too once I hit 20lbs or more and I feel like I can't keep adding sets anymore. I think if you get some fatigue from hanging, then start using the extender & slowly add more extender time / more force, I bet you'll see some nice gains. I think your tunica and ligs need more time in an elongated state to improve creep, deformation, etc. I think an extender will really maximize your gains.

                      I haven't read up on PESG's routine(is that the moderator with pegasus in his name?). I'll have to look that up.

                        Extender 1 hour
                        Extender 1.5 hours

                        Rice sock warm-up ~12 minutes
                        Hanging 17.5 lbs with pendulum swining front to back 15 minutes
                        BTT stretch 20 minutes
                        Extender at 6" tension 45 minutes

                        Notes: 1 cup of green tea today. Got to find a way to counteract this cold glans while extending. Rice sock is outta the question because I can't be microwaving stuff at 11 PM -12 AM at night... So maybe I can give the plastic bag of water a shot... Not sure. Might just nuke the rice sock and use an extra layer when I'm warming up, so that way it stays muoy caliente (Espanol for very hot) so it's warm enough for when I slap on the extender.. God if these stupid heated socks worked then it would've been PERFECT. Damn.

                        Did 3 sets of squats.. Hamstrings felt like they were about to be torn so switched to 15 minutes cardio (jump rope)
                        Did some ab work as well {light}

                          • I looked at PESG's routine & thread... very interesting. I see why people talk about it so much. Some of what he did flies in the face of normal PE.

                            Wow, with that kind of time, you might need to reduce your hanging weight. Watch out for that! (Extender 1 hour & Extender 1.5 hours)

                            I predict you wont be able to hang what you normally do... I do think hanging + extender should result in some good gains.
                            Which extender is that? It looks like a nice one.

                              Yeah I had a night of contemplation last night. Had to cut the last set of extending short because I went out with a buddy and we enlightened ourselves. So I had spent a good part of the night just thinking about that stuff, so I actually found a good way to counter-act this effect last night and tested it out today. So far so good. Also gotta keep telling myself that this isn't hanging and even though I'm used to hanging lots of weight I'm not conditioned to extend a lot yet . That's why I toned down what I was extending at as well.

                              • I don't know too much about extenders though... I think people start with an hour a day? I'm not sure... anything we can't compare this since you're doing something much more advanced... The force doesn't seem like much but it should have an impact after a while--since you're stacking it with hanging.
