    It just creeps up on you. When I was your ages, I was never much over 180 pounds. I am much too old to be carrying this kind of weight around, being diabetic and all. I have pretty much a swimmer's build and I am not large boned, except for my dick--skinny legs, etc. I would LOVE to drop down to 180, get rid of this paunch, and then see what my fat pad looks like. It sure would add to the effect of my dick.

    It's amazing that we have so much in common, calixto. I guess we all have more in common than we ever realize. I just have to get back to the gym and the pool. I see these guys twenty years younger than I am with the big paunches and little dicks. But I'm sure those big bellies are hiding potential penile power.

          Hijackers!!! Ha!

          My BPFSL is up close to .5 and, as we all know, BPFSL gains should be followed soon by real gains. NBPFSL is also up the same amount so no measuring error here. I'm on the right path gawddammit

              I simply have to work on girth soon. Right now I'm looking like a strange pencil with my 5.25" girth and 7.25-7.50" EL. The good news is that I can get a semi that's 6.25" and that's longer than i was fully engorged when I started this. PE is the shit!!

                Gained again on FSL. Maybe 3/16 or so. Awesome that I'm having newbie gains again. I have a long way to go with my long term goals so expect me to be around for awhile. Short term goal is just to feel big enough to go wild for awhile so it's really a visual thing.

                  Official BPSFL and NBPFSL are 8.25/7.25 respectively. This was done with my back and butt against the wall so not to have any pelvic thrust. BPEL/EL were taken a few days ago but I cannot recall exact measurements so I'll refrain from spectualation.

                    More gains using the same method to measure as before. Now BPFSL is 8.5 and NBPFSL is 7.5. The way I use to measure if .5 more and I used this way for all of my PE career. I am now closing in on 2" FSL. going to measure BPEL and EL inna few days again. Hopefully there will be more movement there as well.

                    The only advice I can give is that I change routines rapidly trying to not let the tissues adapt very easily. I also use feel. If I cannot tell I've worked my dick after I'm done with a session, i go up on intensity untill I do.

                        Yeah. No telling how big I would be if I would have continued from 2003 until now. I whould not have listened to my ex when she said I was big enough. :-/

                            New BPEL/EL measurement today. BPEL 8.25 and EL 7.25. BPFSL is up even more as well. I'm loving these gains!!

                              Did my first clamp session today. I clamped for about 3 weeks back in 2004 so I felt comfortable going ahead and adding it to my routine.

                              Question: Was there ever a concensus on if girth routines hurt length gains? There was some talk of it in my time but no definitive word.

                                Interestingly 8, I posted that exact same question in the devices question a few days back and got very few responses ... which I could only take as meaning there is no strong view against doing it.

                                But I notice a couple of new threads have now popped up alluding to the same issue. So I'll keep an eye on those and yours.

                                In the meantime I'm going with a heavily stretch focused routine for length but with the occasional clamping session thrown in. My view is that anything that improves volume is good ... but emphasise the aspect of volume that you most want ... length or girth.
