    3 sets @ 20 mins @ 5lbs

    Also wore the extender for 3 hours.

    I feel sore now. Depending on how my PIs are, I might go back to 2.5lbs tomorrow.

      1st set was @ 5lbs for 20 mins. Followed by 1.5 hours of extending
      2nd set, I changed up and hung 7.5lbs for 10mins and 5lbs for 10mins.. Followed by 45 mins of extending
      3rd set was 5 mins @ 7.5lbs and 15 mins @ 5 lbs. Then another 45 mins of extending.

      I am determined to gain an inch within 8 months.

              Its all about 2 minute straight stretch 2 minute left stretch 2 minute right stretch with a 1 minute massage rest repeated for 4 times on a night. And in the morning high erection high pressure jelqs!Them ones where u grip at base and at head. Make sure ur feeling the veins poppin out in your hands!                         • Very light day.. 1 set at 9lbs SD. 1 hour extender time. I was drinking yesterday and thought better of attaching weights to my dick when I couldn't feel what was going on as well as normal. Safety first.

                              3 Hours extender. I'm upping time instead of sets. Not cold with the bib hanger and I don't think it is anymore restrictive than the extender noose.
