Lol, sure do. I'm not quite sure what you're asking. But what happens, is with extreme busyness I end up masturbating when I feel the urge instead of calling my gf over. Cause I can masturbate and be cleaned up in 15 min, but to get my gf over, have sex and make it good for her, and make her not feel rushed to leave, that takes much longer. So it's hard to stick to just having sex instead of masturbating when I'm this busy.

Rubber Band Kegels: (White band at mid shaft)
12reps x 8sets
Note: Did 8 sets instead of 5 this time. Also rested less between sets. Also tried to do the negatives with more control. This felt great on my muscles.
Note: The high velocity jizz's are becoming more consistent.

Note: These were all the same measurements as last time for the most part, but technically my leaned back trying to factor out the spongiosum measurements were a little higher. I didn't bother counting this for now, because I intended the 2 chamber measurement to be just that, but this time the measurement increased but I think it actually increased because it was really difficult to get the spongiosum to flatten out so i could measure the other two chambers.

General Report on the First Half of May
I just got back from my business trip. Here's how my PE went while I was on it:
Semi-consistently, I did RBKs every other day and manual PE exercises every few days. The intensity with the RBKs was sub par due to trying to do them standing up in the hotel room's bathroom, without porn.
