    Lol, sure do. I'm not quite sure what you're asking. But what happens, is with extreme busyness I end up masturbating when I feel the urge instead of calling my gf over. Cause I can masturbate and be cleaned up in 15 min, but to get my gf over, have sex and make it good for her, and make her not feel rushed to leave, that takes much longer. So it's hard to stick to just having sex instead of masturbating when I'm this busy.

      Light Vacu-Hanger Stretches: (some gentle oscillations)
      8 minutes
      Erect Double-ULI"wall-fucks" ...COUPLED WITH... 5-Second Mostly-Erect Jelqs:
      20 minutes total <back and forth between the two> (kegeled on some of the wall-fucks)
      Reverse Kegels:
      A few good, solid ones

      Note:
      During the reverse kegels it expanded like it was clamped and looked and felt awesome.

        April 22nd, Workout C

        Rolled-up-shirt-sit Clamping: (all focused)(tug warm up)(wrapped with 22" of doubled up 2" Ace Bandage)(pre-wrapped with elastic material)
        ***5 min tug warm up
        5min(at super BASE)
        ***(wrap on) - rest about 3-5 minutes
        5min(at super BASE)
        ***went right into soft slinkys
        Slinkys: (right after clamping)
        13 minutes (about 4 min left, 4 top, 3 right and 2 bottom)

          April 23rd, kegels

          Rubber Band Kegels: (White band at mid shaft)
          12reps x 8sets

          Note: Did 8 sets instead of 5 this time. Also rested less between sets. Also tried to do the negatives with more control. This felt great on my muscles.
          Note: The high velocity jizz's are becoming more consistent.

                Girth at thickest point:

                Girth at thinest point:
                5.0625 [4.75] (sat on edge; leaned forward/back; perpendicular)
                Bone Pressed Length: 7.0 (standing, legs wide, hips forward, eyes looking plumb-line down to tip)
                Estimated volume: 15.5368 [13.7525]

                Note: These were all the same measurements as last time for the most part, but technically my leaned back trying to factor out the spongiosum measurements were a little higher. I didn't bother counting this for now, because I intended the 2 chamber measurement to be just that, but this time the measurement increased but I think it actually increased because it was really difficult to get the spongiosum to flatten out so i could measure the other two chambers.

                    General Report on the First Half of May

                    I just got back from my business trip. Here's how my PE went while I was on it:

                    Semi-consistently, I did RBKs every other day and manual PE exercises every few days. The intensity with the RBKs was sub par due to trying to do them standing up in the hotel room's bathroom, without porn.

                          Mid month check for May

                          Did this sort of informally. Everything had clearly gone down. BPEL was 6.875 and the girths were down a noticeable amount too, but i didn't record them precisely.
