  • 10 minute warm up
    50 kegels/50 reverse kegels
    10 minutes bundled stretching
    150 side to side stretches
    100 jelqs
    25 squeezes
    1 x 10 minute clamped edging session
    (May do a 20 minute BathMate session, still deciding.)


    Notes:

    I had a difficult time getting hard enough for jelqs, I am sure this is due to not watching anything sexually stimulating.
    I was able to get hard and finish my squeezes/jelqs, it took a softer touch rather than a grab and pull approach.

    Clamped edging was very nice, I actually was shocked. I measured my BPEL while clamped, I was OVER 7''. It was 7.15 or so (Assuming I'm reading the tape measure correct, it was over 7'' 100% though!).

    I don't know what that means. Perhaps better EQ would make for an over 7'' penis without clamping?
    When I clamp my girth seems more "round", which I really like. I wish it was that way during sex. I almost want to see if my girlfriend will allow me to do her with a clamp on (real slow, wouldn't want to injure myself).

    This smaller routine feels nicer, it's less stressful to get done, as it doesn't take as long.
    I am wondering if the lack of erections is something I should rest longer for, or if it is actually just due to the no porn/no fap.

                • Just noticed you reached over 7" BPEL with your new, less is more, routine. Stick with the routine, eventually it will transfer and be the norm.

                  When I was a PE addict I either targeted length or girth, never both at the same time. I also did a lot of ballooning. Shat I miss PE.

                    Well I never thought to measure length while clamped. I'm sure its the same as it was.

                    Whats the difference between edging and Balloning?

                    • Edging is full on stroking or ballooning to stay as close to the PONR without going over the edge. Ballooning is rubbing a small sensitive area.

                      Try adding one minute to your clamped edging each 2 days. Don't do any stretching. Work up on the clamped edgingbuntil you are doing 30 minute sets. I was doing as much as 1 hour sets and 3 of those per training day. If you want girth get girth. Just don't keep the clamp too tight, but keep it tight enough for swelling. Time under tension is key here.

                        So eliminate the side by side and bundled stretching?

                        Should I change the amount of days straight I do my routine?

                        • And okay, I thought edging was getting to ponr and kegeling to stop it. I will try sitting at the edge without triggering it today.
