          • I haven't worked on length since I finished conditioning JP90.
            I added side to side stretches to my routine in hopes of gaining .2 over time.

            The bathmate is nice to have, however I can't honestly say I've made any noticeable gains from it, however it's nice to put it on at the end of my routine and just play a game or be on facebook ect.

            Clamping is a VERY advanced exercise, where you buy a cable clamp, apply an ace bandage at the base of your penis or some other protective material to prevent pinching your penis skin. You place the clamp at the base of your penis and tighten it so that your penis gets engorged with blood, making you have crazy expansion, my penis goes to 5.7 girth while wearing the clamp.

            This is a very advanced exercise and it's not suggested to perform until at least 6 months of P.E due to risk of injury.

            I combine clamping with edging so that my penis reaches max capacity of blood causing the greatest amount of expansion.

            I do this for 10 minutes, then take the clamp off for 3-5 minutes, then do it 1 to 2 more times depending on sensation/EQ.

              Wasn't able to get to the "edge" and stay there, maybe I'm just not really in the mood to do clamped edging, maybe days like this I should just clamp?

              (I don't know how long to keep it on though)

                  • Back to square one.
                    Having break down about my size and the fact her go to guy for sex before me was "Huge".

                    Stupid fucking show we were watching triggered me, said the exact words she said to me "There is such a thing as too big!"

                    And before that a scene where the girls are talking about the "dirtiest stuff they've done" (Which if you remember my issues with her sexual experiences in her past you'll know why this triggered me that day too). Then they talk about liking them thick because too long just stabs their cervix, then one girls says "I don't like it too big, then it stretches you out, I like to stay tight down there".

                    I am not as big, I must be small compared to him, she wont show me how big he was with her hands or by estimate.

                    I will never be happy with the body I've been given, not until surgery permits instant size change.

                    She's broken up with me for now, says until I stop making her feel bad about her past, and making her feel bad for having sex with someone with a big penis that she's done with the relationship.

                    It's not like this goes away, so this relationship is done for because I'm mentally ill and didn't hit the genetic jack pot for size.

                    It's an incredible feeling pushing the best thing to ever happen to you away because her friend for two years has a huge dick!

                    • It sounds like you two are not compatible. You are not required to love a person unconditionally. If her past bothers you, then it does, and that is a legitimate concern.

                      Keep working on yourself, in every way, and try to find someone else who you will make happy, and who will make you happy.

                        It's not fucking fair.
                        I love her and want to accept her past and let it go, but it hurts seeing her in my head doing the sexual stuff I know about her.

                        I catch myself staring at her, just judging her silently.

                        It's ridiculous to look at her and just think "she's had sex with a huge dick!"

                        I am stuck on this, and have been for almost a year now after I found out she lied saying I was the thickest she's had. I asked her to promise on our relationship if it was true and she came clean. I can still hear her saying "theres such thing as too big".

                        I likely wont leave, I can't break her heart.
                        I want this to work, I have been fighting like crazy, but I am tired, and she's tired of my insecurities, I forsee her leaving within the next few months if I can't keep my mouth shut.

                        I just want to know how thick he was. That'd give my mind an answer and I can stop obsessing about the unknown, and just obsess about getting close to his size so he isn't superior to me by so much.

                          After 50 squeezes I was sitting at 5.3
                          Measured in at 5.6ish while clamped
                          when fully erect my glans is over 2.1 inches long

                          I think I need to make my routine harder and more intense to see gains, as it's taking way too long. Clearly I'm doing something wrong if I've been doing girth related PE for close to a year and I've only made .1 gains.

                              I usually always stop at 30, and don't do them slowly.
                              This time I made sure to slow my counting down and do 50.
