    Thank man, it's actually been incredibly easy.

    So easy that I don't think I had any addiction or problem with porn in the first place, I just wanted to see if I could achieve it.

    Even if you can't fully cut porn out, I'd suggest just trying to limit it less and less until you can manage to turn away from it if the urge hits you.

      Calling it there, decided because of my depression I'd rather just have a week of rest and start up when I'm possibly feeling better.

          Can you help me design a intense length routine? I don't have the money to buy a extender so I'm assuming stretches are my only option?

                    Nice looking routine! Reminds me of some of my own past work. I love doing Ultimate Jelqs and double clamping. I've actually used three clamps on occasion. It gets very tense...

                      I just wish I could see girth gains like yours.
                      I'm getting frustrated to be completely honest.

                      I decided I want to switch to length for a bit, maybe it'll help or something.

                      Plus, I'm really unhappy with my NBPEL, so I'm hoping to see a little more of that.

                      I am going to order 2 more clamps eventually, maybe I'll try experimenting with 3 clamps and 4 clamps.

                            Don't get frustrated or impatient! PE is a journey and not a sprint! Be patient, careful and consistent and you will get your girth gains. Newbie gains for some are a quick blessing early on...I'm thankful for my newbie gains. Now girth comes slower, but it doesn't discourage me. I enjoy clamping, because it feels good, but also because I do it with the knowledge that it will help me achieve my goals. My wife's frequent comments about my thickness and size are so genuine that it helps cement my thinking about the benefits of PE.
                            I have lots of clamps because I break them so often. I enjoyed double and even triple clamping, but I don't know if it adds anything or speeds up gains. I've gotten back to single clamping because it's quicker and easier. I'll often clamp in bed with my wife sleeping next to me. Fortunately she's a very sound sleeper.
                            Hydeaway85 is a member here who has helped me and many others. His gains are amazing, but it's been over many years...and all he does is clamped edging with no cumming. He tries to do several 15-20 minute clamps a day. He used to tell me how easy that was for him to do, and I had to learn that for myself. I can often find at least 15 minutes to put my clamp on. I've lessened the amount of lube (unless I'm doing some stamina training), use my comfort sleeve and I can get erect fairly quickly thanks to PE.
                            Bottom line, I'd stick to one clamp but try to do a few 15 minute sets a day...and I think Hydeaway is right about the no cumming part.
                            Slow and steady with a positive attitude will get you those gains. Keep up the good work!

                              You sent me a great question as a PM. I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to copy that to my progress log and answer it there. I think sometimes great questions are asked through PMs and the rest of our members don't benefit from that information.

                                I hardly ever ejaculate after clamped edging, occasionally I do, but I haven't in a very long time.
                                I've been doing two clamps because I enjoy the intense pressure sensation from within my penis, it almost tricks your brain into "FEELING" the gains.

                                I've been clamped edging + manual routine for several several months now and I'm just not certain it's helping. I know I measured a 5.26'' girth during a quick pause with my girlfriend, but I haven't seen higher than that without the clamps on.

                                I would really like to target the last two inches of my penis (towards my base) because I can see the difference in thickness.
