      • Haven't done a full session in 4 days.

        Just going to count it as rest.

        I had morning wood this morning.. I think Ultimate burrito was absolutely right & I was over doing it cause I haven't had morning wood lately.

        I also dropped masturbating and porn, I am hoping it'll help with my self esteem and confidence issues.

        I may do one session today when I wake up, but half my times.

          I have what looks like blood specs around areas of my penis, I think I had the clamp to tight.
          was considering doing a 10 minute pump, might not because of ^^^

          been waking up with morning wood lately, which occurred after I had taken a rest from my routine.

            80 jelqs
            15 minutes clamped edging
            5 10 one handed squeezes (gentle pressure under the glans)
            5 10 second 2 handed squeezes (gentle pressure)
            20 minutes bathmate at low and medium pressure

            Notes:

            Morning wood has been sticking around, I like that! That's a positive PI if you ask me!
            I am enjoying this lesser routine much more, when I started my jelqs I noticed fatigue in my penis already, I'm guessing that's a good sign.
            I realized if I jelq straight out instead of downwards, I get a much more satisfying jelq & it actually feels like it's doing something.
            However, it does tire out arms out.

            Sex with "K" tomorrow, I can't wait.. She drives me wild & is the only woman to make me say "Okay WAIT A SECOND" from her being on top causing me to get close faster than usual! haha

            • Told "K" about my PE.
              Explained to her that my ex caused me to feel incredibly small & like I wasn't enough.

              She is nothing but supportive, expressing that she wants me to feel confident, and as sexy as she see's me as.

              Such a great woman.

                        Notes:

                        Clamped edging went great, I rode the edge of PONR for quite a while, at least 5-7 minutes of super high eq clamping.

                        Bathmate, I tried a different tactic.. I started out in the tube at a low 5.25'', then after 5 minutes increased my pressure up to 6.0'' which was at 15.5 HG according to the sticker (which I think is useless lol)

                        • I found that sticker useless as well. It's probably more of a gimmick. I ended up taking mine off. How do you know the pressure? Does yours have a guage?

                            Nope, no gauge, just guessing by the sticker lol.
                            Only thing I like about the sticker is I can track the added pressure based on how much further I put myself in the tube.
                            Obviously I don't know actual PSI or whatever the measurement is, but it allows me to do this new method of pumping.

                            Which by the way, hasn't been leaving me with broken vessels.. So I think the gradual build up in pressure is much safer/better for the penis

                              22 minutes bathmate, 5.25, 5.5, 6.5 (nearly 6.5 anyways, just a little below) increased pressure every 5 minutes
