  • Took 3 days off.

    25 second all directional stretches
    15 minutes clamped edging

    If I grip a little above the clamp, and under the head, apply a gentle squeeze and bend it downwards, it causes further expansion. Without doing this my clamp takes me to just below 5.5'' girth, after doing this, I was just above 5.5''

    I'm wondering how I can apply this in a "set" methodology.. Would love advice about that one.

      • Tired of crying..
        Met a girl at a music festival, all was great.
        We separated after spending the entire festival together, then texted and facetimed for a month.

        I went and visited her in her state & the day I was leaving we had a talk and she told me she didn't feel any connection.
        My heart aches and I'm very sad again.. Just never seems to work out for me.

        My theory is that the month we spent apart would've been the "honeymoon phase" where we were all lovey dovey & learning all about each other.
        But because we spent it 560 miles apart, we couldn't develop off our connection. You can't connect properly over text and face-time.

        I feel like there was a ton of pressure meeting back up and it was just a lot to handle.. I definitely felt the connection lessened, but I didn't think it was completely gone.. and after a few days of being there it started to come back for me. But I guess it didn't for her.

        I'm so bummed. I really liked this girl, and after all this, I realized I like her more than I thought..

        Send me positive thoughts please.. I'm tired of hurting.

        Oh.. and what's worse is that we already got her a plane ticket to come this way for another music festival coming up at the end of the month.
        So I'll now be going to that with her as friends and feeling sad the entire time.

          I seriously don't feel like one 15 minute clamped edging session a day is doing it.
          I may increase it to 2-3 sessions a day, hours apart.

              I think I'm going to give this a try:

              15 mins

              5 minutes off (some massage)

              15 mins

              5 minutes off (some massage)

              see how that works.. I feel like I definitely should feel something from this.. fatigue ect. the fact I don't feel fatigue or soreness leaves me very confused.

                  Will do one round of this before bed to see if I have reached fatigue or soreness again, if not then I know the 3 15 minute sessions was to blame for the soreness.

                    was expecting to feel more soreness in the inner shaft, tunica area.

                    I went too far past my PONR, didn't fully ejac. but a little tiny drop made it up and it definitely messed up my ability to gauge how that session impacted me. I want to say I feel some soreness but not much.
