            I truly didn't want to P.E. today, but I pushed through.. I got together with my girlfriend earlier and we had sex, maybe that took the desire to P.E. out of me, but I did it! However, tomorrow if I'm not feeling like P.Eing, I'm going to take a day off. I was actually a bit sore. My tunica has been under a lot of stress haha.


            Not entirely certain my girth is cemented, but it seems my measurements are now: 7.24"-7.3" X 5.35"
            Also I did get my BPFSL to 7.56" today after I stretched.

                No girth work tonight and I'm also starting to question my journey.
                My girlfriend and I tried to have sex yesterday and had to stop the second I pushed into her, she was super sore from our last time having sex.


                This is from a size still under my goal.. I enjoy having sex with her but I'm also not interested in causing her pain.
                I want to feel confident but not at the cost of comfort for my partner/love.


                She expressed that I have a big penis ect. and was boosting me up, I told her I wanted to have the perfect size for her.
                She said "Your size is already perfect, I just want you to get what you want so that you feel confident".


                Anyways, this wasn't my reasoning for not doing girth work tonight, I've just really been doing a number on my friend down there via masturbation (oops) & I want to take some stress off him for tonight/maybe Tuesday. I bruised pretty badly after my last 5x8x3 session and I'm wondering if that means I should reduce it to 5x7x3 and see what happens.


                The skin at the base of my penis on the underside, right where my balls start has been irritated and itchy, I suspect from the suction and stretching .

                        full stretch routine
                        now doing 20 rot. cranks each direction (+5)

                        5x8x4

                        measured my BPFSL at 19.7 (7.75")

                        This is the best routine I've ever tried.
                        Crossed the 2 month line using it on 1/29/2020

                        In that time I've gained:

                        BPEL: + .14 (perhaps a little more)
                        MEG: + .16
                        BPFSL: + .50+ (was around 7"/7.2" BPFSL when I started I believe, maybe this is a SLIGHT exaggeration of BPFSL gains, not intending to do so, I just think I measured inconsistently)

                            Yeah! I took a little break cause any expansion work I was doing is causing me massive spotting/bruising.
                            But now I am able to regulate my pressure better.

                            I got a leluv air pump and if I don't go above 7HG I don't really get spotting.

                            Unfortunately the best gains I've made are my weight.. I'm now 252LBS. Heaviest I've ever been in my life.

                              • consistently seeing 5.39" Girth. Heck yes.

                                Length seems to reach 7.36" too.. But that seems to be inconsistently.
