    50 kegels/50 reverse kegels

    20 minutes of bundled stretching + more massage between directions
    RK's during the stretch as well
    1 x 40 minute single clamped edging session
    50 secret girth exercise

    Will try and do more rk's throughout the day.. I think my pelvic floor is tighter than I thought.

    Also, the damn bruise came right back.. I might have to take like two weeks off PE.. I don't want to do that though, it sucks..

    I'm applying heat to it now, just basically wrapped my penis in my heat sock.

    Notes:

    I think this may be my new routine.. Apparently the cause for my lower erection percentage being higher girth than my higher erection percentage is due to my tunica not being pliable.. So I'm going to do massages, bundled stretching ect.

    11/4/2017 was 1 year since I made my log, I think I've got 6 more months or so, maybe one more year of PE before I decide whether or not I quit. I have educated myself, I have conditioned myself, I have been consistent.

    Yet, I seem to be the only person who hasn't made fully erect gains lol.

    • Hey after looking at your intense routine i think a week or 2 off will do you some good. Just do a few jelqs here and there so you dont stop cold turkey for too long. Just my input.

        You may be right. I think I will resume on the 20th..

        I may do some low pressure bathmate sessions of 20 minutes long though.

        • My spine is way less compressed and I'm sleeping better most days, so I'm doing good'r. PF is almost back to normal, since my back is almost back to normal. What a vivid freakin' trip.

            I'm glad you're doing better.

            I recently spoke with The Great Divider and he helped me change my routine.

            He told me I need to be really fatiguing my penis.

            So my new routine will be in sets rather than one go-through of my routine.

            So jelqs, pumping, clamping.

            All high intensity and pressure.. I'm giving PE at max another year, if I don't see fully erect gains (ones I see on my own) I'm throwing in the towel. A year is plenty of time to see at least a .2 gain in girth.

              • Here's my new routine, put together by The Great Divider.

                Monday: Bathmate 3 sets of 10 minutes followed by clamping for ONE SET of fifteen minutes.

                WEDNESDAY: Jelqing for 300 reps in sets of 50, Bathmate for ONE SET of 10-25 minutes

                Thursday (Supposed to be Friday, but I can't do PE on Fridays unless I were to wake up super early and do it in the bathroom): same as Monday

                Next Monday: same as Wednesday

                Next Thursday: same as Monday.

                I was told it's not likely I'll be able to do PE 2 days in a row with this intensity, however, I have no choice unless I want to completely drop a day. I can Bathmate in the shower, but I can't really pull off a 30 minute shower for sets without raising questions and pissing my girlfriend off.

                • I hurt myself...

                  Did a pump session for 10 mins and I have brusing spots that are purple.

                  This means I'm going to be taking pe off for close to a month.. can these bruises become permanent?

                  They dont hurt but they sure are ugly and I'm going to have some splanin' to do.

                    5 ULI's
                    100 jelqs which were like 5 seconds each hand, was feeling my penis tired after 70.
                    20 minutes clamped edging..

                    But I upset the main bruise on my penis once again..

                    So I think no clamping/pumping and I'll be fine..

                    Definitely going to need a jelq device if I'm going to do 300 jelqs

                      IMO, if you are injured, rest bro. Don't do anything until it's healed. I'm concerned you playin with fire on this one. Just care about you, that's all.

                        • Took like.. a week off of PE, did a 10 minute clamp session and boom bruises are back. (they were completely gone)

                          I have to permanently quit clamping it seems, which means I have to quit PE in general.

                          Bathmate causes these bruises, so does clamping. It seems any sort of expansion causes them to come back, in the exact same spot too.
                          Maybe I'll give it a try a month from now and see if the bruises return.

                          I am unhappy with my size, this is really unfortunate because now it seems like I cannot do anything about it without harming my penis.

                          The bruises are ugly and I would prefer to avoid getting questions from my girlfriend, and I'd definitely like to avoid making them permanent if that's a possibility.

                          I think all I can do are jelqs, so I guess I'll rephrase; I am done using my bathmate/clamping for an entire month. I will jelq for like 30 minutes a day during the week to keep some sort of PE going.

                          the cold weather is making my flaccid hang smaller than usual and that sucks, doesn't help the self esteem.

                            did a 20 minute LIGHT clamping edging session (no bruises last time I checked)

                            Just want to keep up on some light PE so I don't de-condition.

                            • did a 40 minute clamping session.
                              and like 30 of my secret girth exercise.

                              Only reached 13.5CM expansion, very minimal return of the main bruise, I was careful of the pressure and would release notches on the clamp if I felt it was necessary.

                              I've been doing PE for over a year now and I feel like everything I've learned has been misunderstood.

                              I feel like a beginner, and my lack of true gains shows that.

                              I'm upset and feel like I've wasted a year of my life doing PE incorrectly, imagine the gains if I had stuck to a proper routine with proper intensity ect.
