  • Okay, so it's clear that I need to keep all devices away while I'm healing.
    This includes a c-ring, as I have the wrong size and had to wrap ace bandage around the top to wear it, resulting in some friction/irritation.

    So Wishful, (this has already been approved by the admins) I'll be getting cleaning supplies to clean the ring and will be sending it very soon.

    Gotta let it heal with as little irritation as possible.

    Today:

    Mentally I should be feeling really good today, but I had to skip a dose of my valium last night because it was 4AM when I was going to bed and didn't see a point in taking it.
    I got to open for a famous hip-hop artist last night, he's going to listen to my music and I may get to do a song with him.

    But, because of the missed valium, there's this dull anxiety feeling that's swarming in my chest and I'm actively trying to avoid triggering myself.

          • 10 minute warm up
            10 circle stretches (Heated I think?)
            Heated Left, right, forward, Up, down stretches lasting 1:25 seconds each.
            Fulcrum stretches at 3 points (base, middle, below glands): Bottom, left, right, upwards, lasting 1:25 seconds each
            250 (not accurate, at least 30 more because I forgot to use heat on them at first)
            Edged for 41 minutes
            5:30 second warm down with blow dryer (which provides so much more heat than a rice sock, plus, it's constant)
            firegoat rolls to get blood circulating, which special thank you to MasterGauge for explaining those to me, seems it helps my injury not stay as red if I do those after my workout.


            Wishing that "tired ache" feeling would last all day, would make me feel like I really accomplished a intense work out.

              • First post updated with some information about my routine being length based while my injury heals and I decon from intense girth exercises, as well as measurements which I'm going to recheck one more time for accuracy sake.

                  20 circle stretches (Heated)

                    • All exercises were heated by my blow dryer today.

                      Outward, Left, Right, Up and down stretches for 1:30 each
                      Fulcrums at 3 points on each side, (Bottom, left, right, top side of my penis; Base, middle, below glans) 1:30 each
                      265 S2S stretches
                      50 Jelqs with my C-ring on
                      30 UJ's
                      6 minutes of edging with the c-ring on. (decided to stop that edging session because I've been watching too much porn lately)

                      Notes:

                      BPFSL is 7.5 especially after a stretching session.
                      I believe my BPEL was at 7.0 or even slightly above it, I'm definitely not calling this gains as I just started this routine, but that's pretty cool to see!

                          Because gaining another .2 in a week isn't how PE works.
                          That's what everybody has been teaching since I started, gains don't come overnight!

                            No it is true gains don't come over night. However it can appear that way. When the chemicals and healing line up bam gains. This is normal. Again congratulations. And look at those flaccid stretched numbers. Welcome to biiigggg penis bro.
