    • Just finished another 60 minute clamped/double clamped edging session, I sat mainly around 13.5CM but I was able to expand to 14CM towards the end while doing my secret girth exercise.


      I don’t understand something though.


      WHY CAN I DO 100 MINUTES OF CLAMPING IN A DAY AND NOT FEEL ANY PENIS FATIGUE?

      • hahaha, beats me. I once did a total of over 100 minutes of clamping in a day without fatigue. But not anymore.

        It's remarkable how in your case it's double clamped and yet no fatigue . Your dick has got used to the stress and thugging..good

          I have done a 2 hour clamping session in one sitting. I did feel fatigue after that, but the fact of the matter is, I'm doing EXTREME clamping, with lots of expansion, with lots of time spent at that expanded state..

          And not making permanent gains..

          • Do the routines keep expansion. Don't judge permanent gains so rapidly. Wait and see. Drop the obsessive checking. Enjoy the ride. Relax. Hi brother I missed talking to you. Hope you are well.

              I have not been well, my depression is at an all time high.
              It's not due to penis size though, so I guess that's a plus.

              Did you see the routine TheGreatDivider wrote out for me? Do you agree I'll see better results with that than what I'm doing?

              • I'm very sorry about the bruising and more sorry about the depression. Teflon mind. Yes I think the routine is a good one. I would like to see you bruise free. TBD is a good advice giver.

                • According to some extremely impressive stuff I read over at another website, I need to stretch the tunica responsible for length just before doing my girth tunica expansion in order to actually see/make gains.

                  I feel lost.. There's so much more info I was unaware of.. I was surprised to be over there and see threads about my exact issue of having more girth in flaccid states than when fully erect.

                  Can anyone explain fulcrum stretches?

                  • 10 minute rice sock warm up
                    10 minutes of stretching, fulcrum A shape from the base, then after 30 seconds moving up a little bit, until I reached under the head of my penis
                    I also did fulcrums to the left, and to the right, following the same premise of moving upwards.
                    Then I did outward stretching, then downward stretching, then bundled outward, then bundled downward.

                    Then I did 60 minutes of clamped edging, I reached very close to 5.5.

                    However, the bruise on the top side of my penis, about an inch from the base has come back, and looks angry reddish color. Seems I can't avoid that if I want to see gains.

                    • I mean no disrespect bro but you keep talking about this bruise and then go on to say stuff like "I did a 60min clamping session and bundled stretches." Getting really concerned for you bro. You are really aggressive with the routine when you PI's are indicating you need to rest and heal properly, even if it takes longer than you want.

                          The bruise will just return regardless if I spend a month off of my routine. I have to go for extreme expansion, duration's and intensity to see any growth.

                          Everybody else is seeing gains and I'm not, so I'm not going to sit around and wait extra time for something to heal that will reappear instantly.

                            • What amount of time have you rested since the bruise appeared, because of the bruise? How long have you continued to remain on rest, after the bruise had disappeared?

                                I know you are frustrated, I would be too, and I certainly don't blame you! Just don't let your desperation cloud your judgement. If your body had a gauge it'd look like this
