I just do push ups pull ups and sit ups. Walk or run 3 times a week. Regardless of what you do, staying physically active is the way to go. It will also boost your confidence and self image. You can't lose bro.

So we're broken up but basically like.. a "fling".. She just left.
Says we aren't going to do this forever, but while we are she doesn't want to see another guy and she said I can't see another girl.
I'm fine with that because I wasn't planning on hopping into bed with another girl for a few months to give myself time to heal and not rebound.
Plus intimacy is one thing we were always on the same page about.

So I did a pump session before she had gotten here, I was around 5.6'' MEG 14.2-14.3CM if memory serves me right.
I pumped on medium low pressure, then high pressure for the last set which was like 10 minutes or so.

Pretty sure I've still got some of the temporary expansion from pumping a day later.
Can't PE today, have to let my skinjury heal.. Sucks though cause I'm in the mood to.
I figure I'll do PE PI related from now on, if I need a day or two of rest then I'll give my friend a rest!!

I think clamped edging/ballooning + pumping will bring me some real gains. I'm going to stick with it.
I DEFINITELY hit fatigue yesterday, from clamping + pumping, then wearing my C ring and having sex ect.

Hey brother. Hope all is well with you. Ive been thinking about trying that combo out down the road. how many sets and how much time are you clamping and pumping? Because of my injury I typically check my penis after 5 minutes of clamping.
if all is well, I will do 10 minutes without checking.
But realistically I'd say like:
2 x 10 minute clamped edging/ballooning sessions
1 x 10-15 minute low to medium pressure bathmate session
My goal is to work up to 3 x 10 minute clamped edging sessions
and maybe 2 x 10 minute bathmate sessions.
But as long as this injury is around I may have to cut things shorter

12 minute warm up
1:30 directional stretches
3 x 10 minute clamped sessions
edged afterwards with partial ejac (oops..)
Clamping on/just above my injury makes it not flare up, But unless it heals during me doing this, I'll end up with a mad case of baseball dick.. lol.
Cutting pumping out for a bit again, want to see if it can heal while doing this above injury clamping.
While I don't want to be super top heavy in size, maybe this will target my MEG area better than base clamping.
Clamping + pumping two days ago had me feeling it, like.. I could tell my penis was fatigued, I hope that'll happen with just clamping.

Really missing her.

You're a young guy that has the world in front of him. Life will kick you in the balls, but it will also reward you. I too recently lost someone I thought was special to me. You have to do what's best for you. It will get easier the more time passes. Sometimes logic has to win over. Think positively about yourself, and organize your time so that you can occupy yourself with positive activities.

I know I'm not going to be "alone" in life, I've got a lot going for me.
But it just sucks that everything I am wasn't right for that one special girl.
She texted me and tried calling me yesterday, I didn't answer or reply, she then told me she was really depressed and thought talking to me would help.
I still didn't reply.
I feel bad but I also asked her to stop talking to me.

No injury aggravation, so I assume I just need to kill the clamping for months and months.
