This would mean I've gained more girth too, but I just honestly feel like I shouldn't even count my girth gains if I'm not seeing them at high EQ levels on my own.

    I'm pretty sure when her and I are having sex, and my EQ is high, and so is the arousal, that my girth is larger than what I see on my own.

    You and I also have the same "goal size" haha.
    I've always thought it was just an optical illusion that girth gains seemed higher with lower EQ! But you measured it, so there ya go.

    I'm just kind of scared to stretch my ligs. It doesn't feel good to me at all, and I feel like it cold decrease EQ. I saw great gains (temporary) with the Phallosan. I always wonder what would have happened if I would have cemented back then. Or kept up with a maintenance routine. If my memory serves me, I got up to 7.75" BPEL.

      If it doesn't feel good, I suggest stretching with less force? When I stretch upwards that stretch is so satisfying.

        Yeah, I'm thinking of doing a light manual routine for a month or two before I get back in the bathmate. If all that goes well, I'll probably add the Phallosan back in at some point.

          I've still got till March 30th before I begin using my bathmate again..
          I injured myself doing clamping, and 5 minutes of clamping after a month long break made my injury appear again
          Same thing happened with my pumping too.. 5 minutes and it was back.


          I really want to do it now though, I miss the sensation of clamping and pumping.

          • I find that wearing a c-ring 24/7 makes me feel more confident ect.
            However I think it should be taken off at night.

              2 point fulcrums (directional) 2:30 each
              20 total helicopter stretches
              3 x 2 minute squeezes
              125 jelqs
              30 minutes of edging with a c ring on.

                  Decided to tone it back, there was a point when I started this routine where my EQ was getting incredible, I realized that has faded, so I'm assuming that's based on over training or just negative PI's.
                  I believe the "golden zone" of my routine was around when my stretches were 1:40 seconds long.

                  My jelqs were done very slow and I definitely felt them this time around. I had no rush and I was actually in the mood to PE, so I took my time and made each rep quality.

                        I'm still recovering, super exhausted.
                        Danced until 3AM, it was super fun. I wanted to dance with my girlfriend more but she got tired pretty quick.

                        I've been trying to adjust and pay attention, now that my brain is out of wack it's hard to pay attention to PI's, but in a week or so I'll be back to normal.

                        I like that I've gained length, but the fact no girth is forming is getting me really frustrated. One month from clamping/bathmate being added back into my routine.

                          • My penis has shrunk. I think it's from the clonidine HCL I was prescribed. I'm super upset, this can't be permanent right? My flaccid girth isn't a joke and so isn't my erect girth.

                            Should I be ceasing pe activities while it leaves my system? Or should I start pumping early to try to fight this?

                            My confidence and self esteem left with my gains. I don't know what to do.

                              • The reduced size from Clonidine HCL has literally caused me to fit a 1.75'' C ring instead of my 2.0'' c ring.
