    Day 24

    Good evening all, apologies for the late update today! It's been a rather busy day.

    Today's session went well, libido is not as high as usual due to ongoing issues but my routine felt good.

    After some further thought, I have decided that I am NOT going to increase my routine at the one month mark, but I AM going to take a measurement, just on the off chance I have made some gains. I don't think I have yet (it doesn't look it at least) but I see no harm in checking in just to see how things are getting on.

    I don't want to become obsessed with measurements but likewise I have decided I don't want to go at it blind for a full 3 months, as I may increase my routine at a later stage (just not this early) if I'm having consistently positive PI's but no gains.

    I will check back in after tomorrow's session as usual.

      Days 25-27

      Hello all, first I'd like to apologise for not updating yesterday.

      Unfortunately, I have some bad news to share. Without going into too much detail, a serious event took place in my life yesterday. I therefore skipped PE yesterday and today, and I will do so tomorrow.

      At the moment, getting through that event is more important than PE. I am going to try to resume my PE schedule from Monday, as if I am going to get past it, then I need to get back into a normal life routine.

      Needless to say, it's going to be difficult to monitor my PI's (such as flaccid hang and frequency of erections) when these are inevitably going to be affected by my stress.

      However, I'm going to try my best, but if I don't remain consistent for now, don't punish me too much.

      I will update as and when I can.

      Thanks in advance to all of my fellow PE'ers for understanding.

        PE should just be a sideline event not the main event. get your head straight and everything else will work out.

              Good luck with life's challenges mate, PE will always be ready when you are in the right frame of mind. Keep us updated whenever you can mate.

                  Thank you all for your kind words, they are much appreciated at this difficult time.

                  As I mentioned in my previous post, I'm going to try to perform PE today, as if I'm going to get over this, then I need to get back into my normal life routine.

                    Good luck with everything that's going on in your life Bukowski. Personal life comes first. PE will always be here.

                    Side note.. I noticed my penis also feels "conditioned" after doing PE for over a month. I was so scared when I started because he was so fatigued but now he's getting used to it and it's a very nice feeling.

                        Day 28

                        Hello all, as per my previous post, I have decided to try to continue PE despite the ongoing life event, as I will never get past it unless I get back into a normal daily routine. However, understandably, I did not take any measurements today, as I had intended. These will be delayed until I get back into a good state of mind.

                        Surprisingly, the PE session itself went better than expected. In fact, it was a welcome distraction from the ongoing event. The stretches felt nice and jelqing was actually more enjoyable, because I found it easier to hit that 60-70% erect sweet spot, due to lower libido. As you might expect, edging was more difficult, but I managed to push through.

                        I figure that my mental state doesn't really matter all that much for the purpose of PE. After all, as long as the penis is in an extended state and there is blood present, my penis doesn't care how my head is feeling.

                        The only difficulty I am going to have over the coming weeks is monitoring PI's. Undoubtedly my erections are going to be much less frequent due to the stress, and we all know our flaccid shrivels up more in stressful times. The only thing I can do is tread carefully and not increase the intensity of my routine for now.

                          Day 29

                          Just a short post today, not much more to add to what I logged yesterday.

                          Session this morning felt good, PI's are surprisingly okay. Less frequent erections but flaccid still feels good and my veins are still popping.

                          Tomorrow is a rest day, so my next update will be on Thursday.

                            Days 30-31

                            Good afternoon all, I'm still in a bad place mentally from the ongoing life event, but I have a good support network and I'm trying to keep my head up. As I said in my previous post, PE actually provides a welcome distraction, as it gives me something to focus on, even if its just for one hour (I'm currently unemployed - long days!)

                            On to the PE itself, the rest day was good. Surprisingly, my libido isn't as low as I thought it would be in light of what's happened, and I have still been getting random erections. Flaccid still looks good too.

                            This morning's session felt real nice as I have come to expect now, and I feel like my girth has grown (I feel thicker in my hand) but I'm still going to refrain from measuring until 3 months have passed. I particularly enjoy stretching as it reminds me how big my flaccid could be if I keep up PE for the foreseeable future, I'd love to have a big bulge in my jeans. I have a bit of an exhibionist side so it would be fun to show off.

                              Day 32

                              Afternoon all, I'm feeling better mentally today. I'm having good days and bad days at the moment, hopefully it will be more of the former as the weeks go by.

                              This morning's session felt great, I love that I feel conditioned already (don't feel fatigued at all after the sessions) but I am still going to keep up the beginner routine until 3 months have passed before I consider more advanced exercises. Flaccid has been hanging very nicely the past few days.

                              I also had a killer work out at the gym this morning, feeling sore but will be resting up over the weekend. I feel like (although I can't say for certain, because you all know I'm not measuring for a while) my fat pad has shrunk slightly over the past month or so, maybe by roughly 0.25". It just looks like there's less fat around the base of my penis, however I won't know for sure until the 3 month mark measurement, by which stage it might have shrunk even further.

                              I'm still cutting at the moment and will be doing so until I lose another 10lb/4.5kg. After that, I'll be in a position to start a lean bulk.

                              Tomorrow is a rest day so I'll be back on Sunday. Have a great weekend all.

                                Hang in there my dude. I'm on a slow lean bulk as we speak too. Tons of lean meat/turkey/chicken/fish, protein drinks, brown rice and sweet potatoes for me. Also obsessed with ezekiel bread at the moment. I'm just glad I can eat more. When i'm cutting i'm always hungry as fook. 10 more pounds? You got this!!!!
