  • Days 46-47

    Hello all, just a short post today to end the weekend. Not much to add.

    My PI's on yesterday's rest day were all good as usual. No more tiny red dots, my EQ is still high, and my flaccid is looking good. Even my flaccid girth feels thicker in my hand now, although I could be imagining that (wishful thinking?)

    Today's session went well despite the fact I was drinking beer last night (and so was a little hungover). The hangover actually helped me keep a perfect 40% EQ all the way through my jelqing, although I was still able to get this up to a strong 90% during edging. Loving how hard I can get at the moment.

    On a non-PE note, I'm having good sleep and crazy dreams from the ZMA. Definitely seeing the benefits in that area, although I'm not sure about its effect on gym performance and libido. I take a few different supplements so it would be difficult to attribute any benefits in those areas to any particular supplement.

    I'm also stopping drinking alcohol from now until I reach my goal weight, and even then I'll be limiting it to special occasions. Time to get ripped for summer!

    • Day 48

      Afternoon friends, just a short one as not much to add on to what I posted yesterday.

      PI's remain good, and today's session went well. I felt significantly thicker in my hand than usual, I'm pretty convinced I have made some girth gains, but as I've said a few times now, this could just be wishful thinking/placebo effect. Only the tape measure will tell at Day 90.

      On another non-PE related note, I'm going to try out a yoga class tomorrow. I'm finding meditation really beneficial at the moment and see yoga as the next step, with the added benefit it will improve my flexibility and strength for my ongoing weight training. I don't think I have any existing pelvic floor issues (I've never suffered from PE, ED etc.) but you never know, it could also benefit my enlargement in some way!

      Tomorrow is a rest day so I will be back on Wednesday to update. Bye for now.

      • Days 49-50

        Good evening all. Phew, the past few days have been busy. I haven't had time to get online much.

        Yesterday's rest day (Day 49) was much need mentally. All is still good on the PI front.

        It felt good to get back on the PE train today (Day 50). The stretching felt nice as usual, and my jelqing caused a lot of veins to show through today. I'm also noticing more veins across my body generally due to my body fat percentage dropping, so perhaps this could also be having an effect on my penis vascularity.

        I've mentally convinced myself now that I've made both flaccid and erect girth gains. It feels weirdly thicker in my hand all the time and it's really hard to stay away from that tape measure, but fortunately I have enough self control to avoid it. Only 40 more days to go until I can measure.

        Still working out hard at the gym and ZMA is giving me crazy dreams but much better sleep quality. No noticeable effect on libido or gym performance yet, but my libido is very low at the moment anyway due to ongoing personal issues. As long as it continues to benefit my sleep, which it is, that's all that matters.

        • Days 51-52

          Hello all, sorry I didn't manage to make it online to update last night!

          Just a short one today. Yesterday's session (Day 51) went well, still having very good EQ and a nice flaccid hang and I love how swollen and veiny my penis looks after a session. Fingers crossed that becomes a permanent thing. Still suffering from low libido due to the aforementioned ongoing issues, but hopefully this will resolve as things start to get back to normal over the coming weeks, especially by Day 90.

          Today is a rest day PE wise, although it isn't a lifting rest day. That's unfortunate as I've got bad DOMS in my chest and shoulders at the moment from yesterday's upper body session, but what can you do eh?

          • Days 53-54

            Hello all. Another short one today, I don't have much to add nowadays, in light of the fact everything is pretty consistent at the moment.

            Yesterday (Day 53) and today's session (Day 54) were both plain sailing as usual. My stretches felt great and my PI's are still good, although my libido still isn't too high. I can however feel it recovering slowly each day, which is good news.

            Tomorrow is another rest day, which I'm looking forward to. I've broken out of the wanting to do PE every day mindset. I now enjoy my rest days as a nice mental break, from worrying about when I'm going to fit my session in.

            Will be back on Tuesday as always. Have a pleasant evening my fellow PE'ers.

              Hello all. Probably one of my shortest posts yet, as I've not really got much to say.

              Yesterday's rest day was enjoyable, so too was today's session. PI's are still good, especially my EQ. Things are getting busy at the moment in real life so I might not be able to update every day I perform PE, but I'm going to try my best!

              Looking forward to Day 90 to take that elusive measurement.

              • Days 57-60

                Good afternoon folks. It's been a few days since my last update so I thought I'd better check in so you all know I haven't disappeared.

                Another short one as I don't really have much to say at the moment, I think my posts will become less frequent from hereon as I approach Day 90 because I've been repeating myself a lot lately.

                My PI's are still good and my sessions are still going well. Unfortunately I had an unplanned rest day yesterday due to an unforeseen social event, but I suppose extra recovery time doesn't hurt as long as it doesn't become too common.

                I performed a session as usual today but will be having another rest day tomorrow to keep up with my normal schedule from Monday.

                  doing a great job with your log. even though you feel like you're repeating yourself, I think it's a good habit to be in. keep it up.

                  on the tiny re dots. i almost view these as a minor negative pi, similar to light edema. i don't think they are something to worry about. just a precursor to getting too heavy too fast.

                  measuring day is coming. the day of reckoning!

                    Thank you for the kind words proactive! You're right, it is a good habit to get into.

                    Thanks also for the info on the tiny red dots, I toned down the intensity after I first spotted them as they disappeared so all is good now.

                    No session today but will be back on the PE horse tomorrow! Will update then.

                    • Days 61-63

                      Good afternoon all. I'd like to apologise for my lack of activity lately, the past week or so has been pretty crazy in terms of things going on in my personal and social life, especially over the Easter weekend (for those in countries that don't really celebrate Easter, in the UK we have a public holiday both sides of the weekend). This has affected my ability to perform PE consistently, and resulted in a further unplanned rest day yesterday (Day 62).

                      Thankfully, things have calmed down now, and I should be able to resume my 2 on/1 off schedule from here on. Today (Day 63) I performed a normal session, and I will do so tomorrow as well. Despite the many rest days, I've still had generally good PI's. Erections have been less frequent due to low libido but when they do come around they are strong, and my flaccid still looks a lot better than it did before I started PE.

                      Here's to getting back on a consistent routine, and only 4 weeks until measurement day.

                        Hello all, went out with friends yesterday so didn't manage to post, but still performed my routine yesterday morning. Feels good to get back into the swing of things after so many unplanned rest days.

                        PI's are looking good at the moment, had some really good morning wood today. Other than that, not much to add. Still going hard at the gym but still cutting - I can't wait until I get to my goal weight so I can start eating more!

                        Today is a rest day, will be back tomorrow to post an update after my morning session.

                        • Day 66

                          Good session this morning, stretches felt great. After much practice over the past couple of months, I'm also now finding it easy to keep at the correct EQ for jelqing, I tend to hit 40% for 5 minutes for length and then 60-70% for 5 minutes for girth.

                          PI's are still pretty decent at the moment. The big killer is still my low libido, but I know this isn't caused by PE, it's just down to stressful ongoing life events (I wish I could go into detail but it would make me pretty easy to identify). It has definitely improved somewhat since the event in question happened ~6 weeks ago, but I've still got a way to go yet. Hopefully by measuring day by libido will have returned.

                            Another good PE session today after a good gym session this morning. PI's are still in good. In particular, I had very high EQ during edging. Not much else to say, off out to the club with some friends tonight so it's a good thing tomorrow is a rest day.

                              Good evening one and all.

                              I enjoyed yesterday's rest day, but I was happy to get back on the PE train today. I've been in a good mood after the weekend, and feel like I've finally took a mental turning point following the undisclosed life event that took place around 6 weeks ago. Things are finally looking up!

                              Good session today, stretches felt great and I'm now finding it super easy to stay at the correct EQ for my jelqing. Also had really good EQ during my edging, although I haven't busted for 4-5 days now so that's probably why!

                              Looking forward to another good session tomorrow.

                                Phew, not updated this for a few days. Having a really active social life at the moment so I'm finding it difficult to find time to post, although I've remained committed to my sessions.

                                Had a good session on Tuesday, was nice to take a rest day yesterday, and also had a good session today. I haven't really been in the mood for edging but have still been doing it anyway, and having great EQ throughout. I'm finding it difficult to track my PI's at the moment due to low libido (less frequent erections) but from what I can gather from my flaccid hang and edging EQ, all remains good.

                                Not too long until Day 90, will be interesting to see how things measure up then.
